    Survivor Series PPV 2016
    Lick-Off Show LIVE!

Panel consists of Renee Young, Booker T, Lita, and Jerry "The King" Lawler.

Re-watch the Kick-Off Show any time!

    Kick-Off Show

We see a video package recapping how the men's singles elimination match came together, then we throw it to the panel for discussion.

We hit the Fantasy Warfare Becomes Real promo, then we take a look back at the Raw women invading Smackdown before segueing into a discussion on the dynamics of how each team will be able to work together given the hard feelings between many of the partners, and whether the experience of the members of the Smackdown women is going to give them the edge over the Raw team.

    Backstage:
We see Sami Zayn backstage telling Mick Foley how he inspired him as a 14 year old because he read Mick's books and heard his story. Mick showed him that someone can succeed in this business despite being a bit unconventional, and he's going to go out there and win the Intercontinental Title tonight.

Back to the panel, who discuss the difference in the support Zayn gets from the Raw side compared to the way Daniel Bryan constantly browbeats Miz despite all his success. Miz stops by to talk about how he's a winner and Sami Zayn is a loser, then we go to a commercial for Moana, which is by the creators of Frozen and Zootopia, and is out this Wednesday!

We turn to the 10-on-10 tag team elimination match, and how Smackdown is made up exclusively of established tag teams and whether the fact that Sheamus and Cesaro aren't really committed to teaming puts Raw at a disadvantage.

We see a video package of Brian Kendrick, our new motivational speaker who talks about how anyone could do the things he does, but they don't because they're lazy and scramble for excuses, and the truth is everyone is just willing to be weak, and that's why the fans are just like Kalisto. He's smarter than TJ Perkins, he outwitted Noam Dar, and tonight, he's going to outmaneuver Kalisto because he IS the Cruiserweight Division, and he's not going anywhere.

    Backstage:
Charlotte and Dana Brooke have a backstage confrontation with Becky Lynch and Nikki Bella, and Charlotte tells Nikki to look over her shoulder out there, and she'll be happy to put her in another neck brace if she gets in her way tonight.

    Backstage:
It's time for the Kevin Owens Show, where he and Chris Jericho take questions from folks on Twitter and abuse poor Tom Phillips. Jericho and Owens are GOLD together. Love the chemistry. Funny segment.

Back to the panel where Renee reminds us that we can only see Survivor Series on the WWE Network, give us the pitch for why we NEED to buy the WWE Network now, and then we see a commercial for 205 Live, which starts a week from Tuesday!

TJ Perkins, Noam Dar & Rich Swann vs Tony Nese, Drew Gulak & Ariya Daivari

Nese and Swann start us off, and Swann gets a number of chops in avoids Nese's attempts at power moves to dropkick him on his butt. TJ tags in and comes in with a slingshot senton, then hits a rolling vertical and a back suplex for 2. Perkins gets the Royal Octopus right in the middle of hte ring, but Nese just powers out of it and turns Perkins inside out with a bodybag. Gulak tags in, but quickly finds himself on the receiving end of some double teams from Perkins and Swann as we hear a feed of Renee Young doing a sound test and talking about something that's happening in nine minutes. Perkins gets the heel hook on Gulak, but Daivari and Nese come in and all six men have a staredown as we go to commercial.

We're back, and Perkins and company are still in control, as Noam Dar drills Daivari with a high velocity baseball slide to the face for 2. Dar with a heat seeking missile in the corner, but Nese distracts him with a clothesline attempt and allows Daivari to drill Dar into the mat with a spinebuster for 2. Now Noam Dar is in peril, and gets worked over by Gulak and Nese for several minutes, including one spot where Gulak gets Dar in a nasty Indian deathlock version of the Regal stretch. Daivari comes in and accidentally boots Gulak to the floor, giving Dar an opening to make the hot tag to Swann, who cleans house on Daivari with clotheslines and a leaping double stomp to the back. Swann hits a leaping super Frankensteiner for 2, but a shot from Gulak allows Daivari to come in and hit a leaping neckbreaker for 2. Gulak comes in and gets dumped to the floor where Dar takes him out with a dive. Nese leaps oover Perkins and hits a dive of his own, then Perkins goes for one but the referee stops him. Perkins briefly pauses, then leaps over the referee to hit his dive anyway. Back in the ring, Swann drills Daivari with a superkick and hits the triple jump 450 for the win.

Winners: TJ Perkins, Rich Swann & Noam Dar

    Backstage:
We go backstage where Kalisto talks about his dream of being in the WWE Cruiserweight division, and how frustrating it is to be on the wrong brand to do that. Brian Kendrick walks in and asks Kalisto if he honestly believes he can be the face of the Cruiserweight division. He will continue to be the face of this division, and he beat Kalisto's old running buddy Sin Cara this week, and we all know he's a better version of Kalisto...he even said it himself.

    KANE vs Luke Harper

This is just gonna be a straight up power match, and it starts with the two men trading shoulderblocks, then Kane starts working Harper's shoulder over by ramming it into the corner and applying a wristlock. Harper knocks Kane to the floor and takes him out with a dive as we go to commercial.

We're back and Harper is still in control, locking Kane down with a rear chinlock. Harper goes to the top rope, but Kane follows him up and hits a superplex. Kane takes Harper down with a series of clotheslines and corner clotheslines, then hits a side suplex for 2. Harper drills Kane with a big superkick out of nowhere, but only gets 2. Harper with a big dropkick for 2, but Kane backdrops out of a piledriver attempt, and Harper counters to a sunset flip for 2. Kane with a big boot and a leaping DDT for 2. Harper hits a Boss Man Slam for 2, but Kane blocks the discus clothesline and chokeslams Harper for the win.

    Winner: KaANE

Quick Note: This was KANE's record breaking 18th time he has appeared at Survivor Series.

Back to the panel, who talk over their favorite Survivor Series moments from their own careers, and Lita goes into depth about how she felt seeing Mickie James back in the ring last night on NXT. They then finally turn their attention to the main event between Brock Lesnar and Bill Goldberg. Booker talks about how far back he and Goldberg go and how much of an enigma he was when he came to WWE and faced a young Brock Lesnar all those years ago. Everyone gives their predictions for the main event, then we see a video package of the history leading up to the rematch nearly 13 years in the making.

    To the PPV!

Survivors: Bray Wyatt & Randy Orton

    Winners: Team Smackdown

Goldberg got the full entrance with security escorting him through the back to the ring. Goldbergh actually looks pretty much the same except for the white goatee.

    Brock Lesnar vs Bill Goldberg

Lesnar picks Goldberg up and rams him into the corner, and Goldberg shoves Lesnar on his ass. Goldberg hits Lesnar with a spear out of nowhere, then sets up for another and...he connects! Lesnar is down and in deep trouble right out of the gate! Goldberg lets Lesnar get to his feet, and he's having a hard time getting there. Goldberg goes for the Jackhammer, and he hits it...and pins him just like that!

    Winner: Bill Goldberg lol

    After the match:
Goldberg brings his son into the ring, and his wife applauds from ringside as the show comes to a close.

I am curious, since Undertaker and WWE said he was back, why didn't he take Shane McMahons place for the 5 on 5. I guess they could still do this tonight. Anyway, would have made more sense IMO.
