New Japan formally announced that the IWGP Tag match at WRESTLE KINGDOM 11 has been changed to a 3WAY Tag.

Originally scheduled to be the "Guerrillas of Destiny", Tonga and Loa, defending the IWGP Tag belts against the winners of the "World Tag League 2016" in Makabe and Honma. It will now involve a third team in Yano and Ishii. This comes after Toru Yano repeatedly interjected himself in the two prelude matches from this past weekends Korakuen Hall shows. Yano announced Tomohiro Ishii to be his partner and he as well made his presence known for a shot at the belts. It shall be interesting to see how this curveball can or will effect the outcome of the match, as Makabe and Honma already hold a win over the IWGP Tag champion stemming from the tag league.

Ishii was originally scheduled to compete in the NEVER 6 Man Tag match, but he will be replaced by his fellow CHAOS teammate Jado. As this will keep the gauntlet rules match intact for the show.
