All Japan announced that they have signed Koji Iwamoto to the promotion as of January 1, 2017.

Iwamoto was born on March 20, 1990, in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. He made his professional debut on November 4, 2012 in Sportiva against Shinya Ishida. He has notably competed in HEAT-UP, BASARA, and Hard Hit. He has regularly competed in All Japan throughout this last year, which his noted strength and skills has led him to being signed with the start of the new year.

~ SUSHI ends the year with a win after taking loss after loss throughout much of the year. SUSHI declared that he will become the GAORA champion once more as he called out for the challenge against Kuroshio.

~ Aoyagi managed to take out Keisuke with his new fishmerman buster finisher, but that left it open for the former World Jr. Champion to secure the win for team DDT.
