After competing in the main event of New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Wrestle Kingdom XI main event earlier this week, Kenny Omega has announced that he’s “stepping away from Japan” to reassess his future. Omega lost in the main event to Kazuchika Okada in what many wrestling pundits have called the best match they’ve ever seen.

When asked by several fans what’s next for him, Omega said, “There is no plan. My schedule is cleared and I’m weighing all options. I’ve a lot to consider.” He also thanked everyone for their continued patience and support.

New Japan has uploaded a video of Omega’s “Terminator” video that aired before his entrance at WK11.
