[AJPW NEWS] All Japan announced the event cards for the tour of shows in Hokkaido for the month of June.

The first the tour will kick-off at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo on June 11. As the main event will feature the newly crowned Triple Crown Champion Shuji Ishikawa defending the belt against Jake Lee. This will mark a match of firsts, as Shuji defends the belt for the first time ever in his career in his first ever reign and Lee’s first ever challenge for the belt. Also announced for the show is Kento Miyahara taking on Suwama in a special singles match in what could also determine the next rightful challenger for the TC belt.

KAI, though currently does not have a first defense announced for the World Tag belts, was also present as he stated that he accepts a rematch against ‘Big Guns’ at anytime. Though Mashimo was not present, he stated that he plans to be a long-term champion and even though he and Mashimo have differences he knows Mashimo will do his best to remain champion.

The World Junior Heavyweight belt will be in defense on June 16 in Hakodate, as Hikaru Sato takes on Yohei Nakajima. Both men went to a draw in a recent encounter on May 16 and Yohei has also been capturing a string of recent wins to get himself back into the hunt for a title. Yohei is eager to prove himself against the champion while Hikaru looks to continue proving himself as a fighting champion.

Then the last of the newly announced title matches announced will see Jun Akiyama defending the GAORA TV belt against Yutaka Yoshie on June 21 in Kushiro. Akiyama’s aim was to bring a new dynamic for the GAORA belt as he has welcomed anyone to challenge him for the belt. Not only a test for himself, but to also try and raise the value of the belt itself.
