PROGRESS Wrestling has unveiled the main event for their upcoming return to the Electric Ballroom in Camden, London.

PROGRESS World Champion Travis Banks will be defending his coveting title against the man that beat him a few months ago…Matt Riddle.

Former UFC star Riddle has been carving a path for himself on the independent scene across the world and his exploits in PROGRESS have been nothing short of spectacular, especially considering the length of time he has been a full time professional wrestler.

Banks won the PROGRESS title back at Chapter 55 when he beat current WWE UK Champion Pete Dunne, just weeks before he captured the belt he was forced to fight Riddle by Dunne as a way to ‘soften him up’ heading into their championship bout. Banks now has the opportunity to avenge his loss to an extremely credible challenger in Matt Riddle and there’s more an a good chance that PROGRESS throw a curve ball and make their top title a bit more ‘Bro.’
