– WWE booked Daniel Bryan against Big Cass in a singles match at Sunday’s (June 17, 2018) WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view event in Chicago, Illinois at the Allstate Arena on the WWE Network, which ended up serving as the opening match for the show.

Bryan picked up the win and spoke about it with Dasha Fuentes after the match. Bryan noted that he was impressed with Cass as he has been training hard with Drew Gulak to prepare for this match.

The former World Champion would go onto say that although he got the best that Big Cass had to offer, the big man got tired and he had no choice but to tap to the Heel Hook.

– Seth Rollins was able to successfully retain the WWE Intercontinental Title over Elias at this pay-per-view event.

Following the match, Rollins did an interview where he talked about Elias giving him more of a fight than he originally expected but he’s a fighting champion and that’s what life is all about. He added that he can’t wait to see what’s next for him as Intercontinental Champion.
