Dakota Kai vs Santana Garrett


They shake hands before locking up and Kai with a side head lock. Santana with a wrist lock and Kai with a reversal. Santana with a flip using the ropes and she reverses the wrist lock. Kai rolls through to reverse the hold and she takes Garrett to the mat. Santana with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Kai with a drop kick but Garrett with arm drags and an octopus. Kai with an elbow but Santana with a side Russian leg sweep and she gets a near fall. Garrett rolls into a Muta Lock but Kai is able to get to the ropes to force a break of the hold.

Garrett runs into an elbow in the corner and Kai blocks a kick. Garrett goes for Sole Food but Kai escapes and hits an enzuigiri followed by round kicks. Kai with a Yakuza Kick followed by a face wash. Kai with a scorpion kick and a Code Red lungblower for the three count.

Winner: Dakota Kai


We see EC3 arriving at the building earlier today.

We also see Johnny Gargano arriving earlier today.

They will meet later tonight.

We go to commercial.

We are back and we see Tucker Knight and Otis Dozovic in the Performance Center earlier today. We hear something in the background while Otis is walking and he turns around and Tucker Knight is down.

NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler makes her way to the ring.

Shayna says everyone kept asking her how do you handle someone crazy like Nikki Cross. When the dog goes rabid, you put it to sleep. You asked the question, and in Chicago, she answered. She says she is the most dominant force that this division has seen. It does not matter how many ways you ask the question, the answer will always be the same. Shayna says that you want to ask about Bianca Belair, Kairi Sane, and Candice LeRae. Candice should stay home and take care of her husband. The answer will always be the same.

Shayna says there is the reason there is a second Mae Young Classic. They have to go all over the world to find a challenger for her. No matter where they are from, the answer will be the same. She will put them to sleep, and you will hear . . . and still your NXT Women's Champion.

Mauro talks about Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan and their tag title match. Mauro mentions that Oney suffered an injury in that match. Danny Burch is asked about Oney's condition. Danny says Takeover was combined 25 years of hard work to get there and they came up short. Oney got hurt and he will be recovering. He says Oney is out for about three months.

The Undisputed Era shows up and Roderick says that if Oney does come back, they will be at the back of the line for the tag team titles. Kyle says they are at the front of the line because they are going to invoke their rematch clause. Adam calls Danny a loser and he tells him to leave.

Danny says that they don't have their tag title belts and he reminds Kyle he pinned him.

Adam says that they have been cocky ever since he gave Oney a North American Title Match.

Danny suggests that Adam face him next week.

Adam laughs and he accepts the challenge. The Undisputed Era walk away.

We go to commercial.

We are back with a War Raiders video package.

We see Tommaso Ciampa challenging Aleister Black for the NXT Men's Championship from last week's episode of NXT. That match will happen in three weeks.


Shane Thorne and Nick Miller vs Otis Dozovic

Thorne starts things off for the Mighty and he throws something at Dozovic but Otis with shoulder tackles. He brings Miller into the ring as well and he hits a double shoulder tackle. Otis clotheslines Shane over the top rope and then he back drops Nick onto Shane on the floor. Shane and Nick try to distract Otis and Shane with a punch but Otis with a forearm to send Shane into his corner. Miller tags in and he sends Otis into the turnbuckles. Otis sends Miller into the turnbuckle. Thorne throws Otis to the floor when the referee was dealing with Miller.

Thorne tags in and he kicks Otis and sends him into the apron. Otis is sent back into the ring and he gets a near fall. Miller tags in and he punches Otis. Thorne tags in and they hit a double back elbow and a double belly-to-back suplex for a near fall. Thorne works on the neck. Thorne with a knee to the midsection and he sends Otis into the corner. Miller tags in and he chops Otis and connects with a forearm. Thorne tags in and they go for a double suplex but Dozovic blocks it and he hits a double suplex.

Otis wit an elbow and shoulder tackle to Thorne followed by a clothesline and body blocks to both men. Otis with an overhead throw to Miller and then he hits a splash on both men in the corner. Otis catches Thorne on a cross body attempt and he slams Thorne. Otis does the worm and hits elbow drops on both men. Otis goes to the turnbuckles but misses the Vader Bomb when Miller pulls Thorne out of the way. Thorne with a running knee to the head. Miller tags in and Thorne with a Northern Lariat and Miller gets the three count.

Winners: Shane Thorne and Nick Miller

We have a video from Bianca Belair and she introduces herself, even though she doesn't need to introduce herself. Bianca says she is on her honeymoon and she has been asked about the other women in NXT. You have one who is a lunatic, one who is a pirate, one who thinks she is the captain of a team, and one who is too busy worrying about her husband. Bianca says she does not worry about any of them. She says she is going to get back to her honeymoon.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Kairi Sane was asked about Vanessa Borne and she says she heard what Vanessa said and she says Vanessa needs to focus more on fighting. Let's have a match. Kairi says she will beat Vanessa, make her walk the plank and then take the treasure of the NXT Women's Championship.

We are told that Sane will face Borne next week and we will also see Adam Cole face Danny Burch.


Velveteen Dream vs Chris Dijak

They lock up and Dijak backs Dream into the corner and gives a clean break and Dream stops Dijak from saying his catchphrase. Dijak pie faces Dream and Dream has Dijak in the corner. Dream pats Dream on the chest. Dijak with strikes to Dream but Dream punches back. Dream with a kick but Dijak with a boot of his own. Dijak with a suplex throw across the ring. Dijak with forearms in the corner. Dream with a punch. Dijak with a super kick to Dream on the turnbuckles. Dijak with a back breaker and then he tosses Dream around in the ring.

Dijak goes to the turnbuckles but Dream pulls Dijak off the turnbuckles. Dream with forearms and kicks followed by elbows. Dream with a short arm clothesline but Dijak stays on his feet. Dream with knees and he sets for the neck breaker and hits it. Dream with a spinning leg drop for a near fall. Dream with a reverse chin lock. Djiak with a forearm but Dream with a forearm of his own. Dijak with more forearms followed by a punch. Dijak with a kick and forearm. Dijak with a cyclone boot for a near fall. Dream goes to the floor.

Dijak goes to the turnbuckles and Dream pulls Dijak off the turnbuckles and Dijak lands face first on the ring steps. Dream gets back into the ring and the referee starts his count. Dream with the twisting DDT for the three count.

Winner: Vevleteen Dream

EC3 makes his way to the ring for his match while Dream is still in the ring. The announcers talk about what happened on the UK special when Dream walked out of their tag match. Dream leaves the ring as EC3 enters. EC3 tells Dream to keep walking.

We go to commercial.

Trent Seven and Tyler Bate are asked about the match against Undisputed Era. Tyler says they called them flukes and jokes, but they will come out and spin their jaws. Trent says it wasn't a fluke or joke when they won the tag titles from Undsiputed Era and it was done clean as a whistle. G


EC3 vs Johnny Gargano

Gargano with punches and EC3 goes to the floor. Gargano follows and he punches EC3. They return to the ring and EC3 with a kick and side head lock. EC3 with a shoulder tackle. Gargano with a Thesz Press and punches. Gargano with a chop and forearms. Gargano with chops in the corner. EC3 with an STO. EC3 sends Garagno into the turnbuckles and chops him. Gargano with forearms but EC3 with a knee and he sends Gargano into the turnbuckles. EC3 with an Irish whip and clothesline. EC3 asks Gargano how his neck is and he hits a running blockbuster for a near fall. EC3 with a nerve hold.

Gargano gets back to his feet and he connects with forearms. EC3 with a back elbow. EC3 with a running forearm into the corner. EC3 returns to the neck. EC3 with a slam and a leaping elbow drop. Gargano with forearms and he is sent to the apron. Gargano with an enzuigiri. Gargano with a slingshot spear and suicide dive. Gargano misses a splash into the corner and EC3 with a clothesline for a near fall. EC3 with a forearm and kick but Gargano with forearms. EC3 with jabs and Gargano with punches. EC3 sets for a power bomb but Gargano with an enzuigiri.

EC3 runs into a boot and Gargano goes to the turnbuckles but EC3 catches Gargano and Gargano with a rollup and he tries for the GargaNo Escape but he cannot lock in the hold. EC3 with a one arm sit out power bomb for a near fall.

Gargano looks at EC3 and then Gargano punches EC3 and then he hits a super kick. Gargano with a second super kick. Gargano pulls down the knee pad but EC3 gets Gargano up on his shoulders. Gargano escapes and applies the GargaNo Escape. EC3 crawls to the ropes and he gets there to force Gargano to release the hold. The referee warns Gargano about the five count. Gargano returns to the GargaNo Esacpe but EC3 has the ropes. Gargano releases on four. Gargano with a running knee to the head and EC3 rolls to the apron.

Gargano does not realize what he has done and he hits an elevated DDT for the three count.

Winner: Johnny Gargano
