Impact Wrestling is headed to Mexico City next month for two nights of television tapings. This will be the first time ever that Impact’s flagship show emanates from south of the border.

Impact will tape from Frontón México in Mexico City, Mexico on Thursday, September 13th and Friday, September 14th.

In a press release, Impact President Ed Nordholm said, “We are excited about this historic trip to Mexico as we continue to expand our live event schedule globally. We look forward to working closely with our promotional partners at Lucha Libre AAA and our broadcast partner 52MX to bring an unforgettable experience to our passionate fan base in Mexico heading into the final stretch for Bound for Glory this October.”

Talent advertised for the show includes Impact World Champion Austin Aries, Johnny Impact, Eli Drake, Moose, Eddie Edwards, Sami Callihan and The Lucha Brothers, Pentagon Jr. and Fenix. Ticket information will be announced shortly.

Impact airs on Mexico’s 52MX Saturday nights at 9:30 p.m.

Frontón México, described as a world-class entertainment complex, reopened last year after being closed for two decades. The venue can accommodate over 4,000 people.
