Newly signed prospect Bandido has an opponent booked for the upcoming ROH Honor Reigns Supreme event.

The Baltimore-based promotion has announced that Bandido would take on PJ Black in a singles match. It was revealed last month that Bandido had signed an exclusive ROH contract.

In the announcement, the promotion touted Bandido as “the fastest rising star in professional wrestling in 2018” and that fans who subscribe to their streaming service, HonorClub, “will get to see much more of this high flying athlete, including a first-time match-up against a man who has competed in 63 countries and 48 states in Black.”

Ring of Honor will hold this event on January 13th in Concord, NC at the Cabarrus Arena that will air on ROH’s streaming service, Honor Club. The promotion will a TV taping the night before in Atlanta, Georgia at Center Stage. The promotion will be announcing more matches for this event in the coming weeks. Here’s the updated lineup:
