Dave Bautista has landed another movie role as his successful career in Hollywood continues. Variety.com is reporting that he has joined the cast of the “Dune” reboot that stars Timothee Chalamet.

It’s been reported by BleedingCool.com that this film is targeted to start in February for production. Thus, if that this is still the timeline, it could have an impact on his status for a rumored match against Triple H at WrestleMania 35, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 7thin East Rutherford, NJ at MetLife Stadium.

Evolution, which is a group that consists of Triple H, Bautista, Randy Orton, and Ric Flair, reunited on WWE SmackDown 1000 back in October. This marked the latest appearance by the former WWE Champion on WWE television. Bautista would later praise Orton and Flair but stated that when it comes to Triple H, he might run the business and has done it all but has never beaten him. Bautista and Triple H had a stare down then hugged to close the segment.

This has led to a lot of speculation that this segment was done in order to set up a match between the two future WWE Hall of Famers at Mania. That match is now in question after Triple H suffered a pectoral injury at the Crown Jewel event in November.

This will be a remake of the 1984 film. The film is a “feature adaptation of Frank Herbert’s science fiction novel about the son of a noble family trying to avenge his father’s death while saving a spice planet that he is entrusted to protect.”
