Former WWE Superstar Jake Hager (Jack Swagger) has his next fight booked under the banner of the Bellator MMA promotion.

He beat J.W. Kiser by first-round arm triangle choke on the main card of Bellator 214 back in January at The Forum in Inglewood, California. This marked his pro-MMA debut. Hager is a former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, ECW Champion, and United States Champion who’s stint with the company lasted from 2006 to 2017.

ESPN’s Ariel Helwani reported on Thursday that Hager is set to fight at the Bellator 221 event. As of this writing, his opponent at this event has yet to be revealed but is expected to be in the coming weeks. This show goes down on May 11th at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.

Also announced for this show include featherweight champion Patricio “Pitbull” Freire moving up to 155 pounds to challenge lightweight champion Michael Chandler in the main event. Douglas Lima facing the winner of Paul Daley vs. Michael Page and Undefeated rising star A.J. McKee vs. former featherweight champion Pat Curran.
