Lacey Evans has her biggest match thus far in her pro wrestling career lined up as she’ll challenge WWE RAW and SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view event.

Since being called up to the main roster from NXT, the company has gotten behind Evans. The WWE prospect recently spoke with Yahoo Sports where she opened up on when she found out about the feud.

“Initially it started with the walkouts, but at no point did I have any idea what it would lead to,”
Evans said. “I didn’t find out until the day that I laid hands on Becky that there would be an angle.

I didn’t expect anything, I just went to the shows ready to do anything that they needed from me. That’s what they needed and I took it and ran with it.”

Lynch will be pulling double duty when WWE presents the Money In The Bank pay-per-view event on Sunday, May 19, 2019 in Hartford, CT at the XL Center that will air on the WWE Network as she will defend her titles against Evans and Charlotte Flair.
