Angry WWE RAW Viewership Increases For Super ShowDown Go-Home Show

Monday’s edition of WWE RAW from Austin, TX at the Frank Erwin Center averaged 2.405 million viewers, up from 2.190 million the previous week.

Here is the hourly viewership breakdown, courtesy of ShowbuzzDaily:

    • Hour 1: 2.308 million
    • Hour 2: 2.558 million
    • Hour 3: 2.349 million

The episode was expected to increase in viewership as this show was heavily hyped. This show served as the go-home show for the Super ShowDown pay-per-view event episode of RAW.

For comparison, the same episode last year drew 2.594 million viewers for hour one, 2.593 in the second hour, and 2.39 in the third hour.

The show featured appearances by The Undertaker, Randy Orton, and Triple H. Also, throughout the majority of the show, WWE hyped that Brock Lesnar would cash-in his Money in the Bank contract on Seth Rollins.

Some of the matches that took place include Drew McIntyre & The Revival (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson) (w/Shane McMahon) vs. Roman Reigns & The Usos (Jey Uso & Jimmy Uso) in a six-man tag team match, Charlotte Flair vs. Lacey Evans, Nikki Cross (w/Alexa Bliss) vs. Peyton Royce (w/Billie Kay), and Ricochet vs. Cesaro.

The episode was expected to increase in viewership as this show was heavily hyped. WWE will attempt to increase with its viewership for RAW next week.
