For the first time in history, the ESPN ESPY Awards will feature a category solely dedicated to WWE.

On Wednesday, ESPN announced the categories and nominees for the 2019 ESPY Awards. The awards show focusing on excellence in sports now features an award for Best WWE Moment. The nominees for this new award include:

  • Roman Reigns returns to WWE Raw after battling leukemia
  • Becky Lynch wins the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships at WrestleMania 35
  • Kofi Kingston’s wins the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 35
  • Ronda Rousey wins the RAW Women’s Championship at SummerSlam

Voting is now underway at ESPN.com.

In addition to the new Best WWE Moment Category, there is a new award for Best MMA Fighter. Nominees include UFC stars Daniel Cormier, Amanda Nunes, Henry Cejudo, and Israel Adesanya. The 2019 ESPY Awards will be hosted by comedian Tracy Morgan. The event airs live on ABC on Wednesday night, July 10th (8pm EST) from Los Angeles, California at the Microsoft Theater.
