Dr. Britt Baker DMD suffered a concussion last night on the Fight for the Fallen pre-show. Baker teamed with Riho in a losing effort to the debuting Bea Priestley & Shoko Nakajima.

The doctor of medicine in dentistry confirmed on Twitter that she suffered a concussion during the match and thanked referee Aubrey Edwards (aka Gearl Hebner) for taking care of her.

Last night was Baker’s second match for AEW. She debuted at Double or Nothing in Las Vegas, winning a fatal 4-way match. The match had originally been scheduled as a triple threat but Brandi Rhodes added Awesome Kong to the mix at the last minute.

Baker was able to pull out the victory at Double or Nothing regardless, however, pinning Kylie Rae as Nyla Rose and Awesome Kong were each outside the ring. Baker’s loss last night brings her overall record in the promotion to 1-1.

Baker’s opponents last night, Bea Priestley and Shoko Nakajima were each making their debut for the promotion and each improved to 1W-0L. Her partner, Riho, had won her first two in the promotion and now her record drops to 2W-1L.
