Tenille Dashwood is headed to Impact Wrestling as it was revealed that she signed a contract with the promotion.

No details on the terms of the deal were confirmed. Impact announced the news on Monday evening in a quick post on their official Twitter account.

Dashwood signed with WWE in 2011 and later assigned to FCW then NXT. The Australian is a great wrestler with some good microphone skills and got over with the WWE Universe with her loveable character.

She was a comedy performer who could back up her actions in the ring. She would later change her character as a heel and got over but was hurt quite often in her WWE run. In October 2017, WWE announced that Dashwood had been released from her WWE contract.

Back in March, Dashwood announced that she was a free agent after competing for Ring of Honor’s Women of Honor division for the last year.

During her time with the company, she was a member of the Lifeblood stable in ROH alongside Juice Robinson, Bandido, and Tracy Williams.

She underwent shoulder surgery last fall and was out of action until she returned earlier this year. Although Dashwood and ROH were in talks on a new contract, the two sides were unable to make a deal.
