Major League Wrestling begins a new era in their history tonight. The promotion makes their debut on PPV with tonight’s Super Fight from Cicero Stadium in Chicago. The show will be headlined by LA Park challenging Jacob Fatu from Contra Unit for the MLW World Championship.

MLW’s Court Bauer hyped up tonight’s card recently on Twitter:

LA Park qualified to challenge for the MLW World title by winning the 2nd ever Battle Riot match earlier this year. Middleweight champion Teddy Hart will defend his title against Austin Aries, who has been interfering in his matches as of late on Fusion.

The Von Erich boys will also challenge for the tag belts on the show in a Texas Tornado match against MJF’s Dynasty. Texas Tornado rules mean all 4-men can be in the ring at the same time. During a recent episode of Fusion, Alex Hammerstone suggested Texas Tornado rules mean no shoes are allowed but this is incorrect.
