    Angry AEW Dynamite Beats NXT In Viewership, Both Shows Up This Week (5/6)



    Viewership data is in for this week’s battle in the WWE NXT vs. AEW Dynamite Wednesday Night War. AEW won the night in total viewers and in the key 18-49 demo, but both shows were up. Here is the breakdown of the live and same-night DVR viewership, courtesy of ShowbuzzDaily:

    AEW Dynamite on TNT was watched by 732,000 viewers, up from the 693,000 viewers last week. In the 18-49 demo, Dynamite pulled in a 0.28 rating, up from the 0.27 rating that the show did last week.

    AEW Dynamite featured bouts such as AEW World Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley vs. Frankie Kazarian in a non-title match, Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara vs. Kenny Omega and Matt Hardy, Cody vs. Joey Janela, and QT Marshall vs. Lance Archer.

    lol Cheeky. I think these two will be good for each other, yes AEW beating NXT in ratings more but having them compete should only help both products as we saw with WWE and WCW.
