The Casino Ladder Match is sure to be one of the standout matches of Saturday’s AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view.

Multi-man ladder matches are always exciting affairs. Money in the Bank is one of WWE’s most popular events for good reason. The stakes will be high this weekend. Similar to Money in the Bank, the winner of AEW’s first Casino Ladder Match will earn the right to challenge the AEW World Champion at a future date.

Below, you’ll find a full breakdown of the rules and confirmed participants.

Casino Ladder Match Rules

AEW commentator Excalibur ran down the rules of the match on this week’s edition of AEW Dark. The rules are as follows:

  • There will be a poker chip hanging above the ring.
  • Two competitors will begin the match.
  • Every 90 seconds, a new competitor will join.
  • The winner is the first man to retrieve the poker chip.

Excalibur teased that the match could end before all 9 participants have entered, but this rule has not been explicitly stated.
