Yesterday marked a record 30th consecutive day with no reported locally acquired cases in NSW.
Overnight there were no new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 recorded in NSW. One new case was acquired overseas.

There were 12,336 tests reported yesterday, compared with the previous day’s total of 15,695.

"However, it is critical that everyone continues to practice COVID-safe behaviours by maintaining social distancing and good hygiene, wearing masks on public transport and coming forward for testing with even the mildest of symptoms. There are cases of COVID-19 in Victoria and in New Zealand, and cases are being regularly detected among international arrivals to NSW" - NSW Health statement.
