Angry WWE Hall of Fame 2020 & 2021 Induction Live Coverage - April 6th, 2021

WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

For the first time ever, the ceremony will feature two classes of inductees taking their place in sports-entertainment history. The Class of 2020, comprised of The nWo, The Bella Twins, JBL, British Bulldog, Jushin “Thunder” Liger and William Shatner, will be joined by a new class of Inductees for 2021, including Kane, Rob Van Dam, The Great Khali, Molly Holly and Eric Bischoff.

    – The 2020 and 2021 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies opens up with a Hall of Fame video package. We open up on Peacock and the WWE Network, live on a tape delay from the WWE ThunderDome at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida as the virtual crowd cheers. WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler is introduced as the host of the show.

Lawler is at the podium on the stage now. He welcomes everyone and says it’s his honor to celebrate those who didn’t get to receive their honors last spring. Lawler says the goal tonight is to double everything for the first time. He sends us to a video package for former WWE Champion JBL.

The virtual (pre-taped) crowd cheers now as Lawler introduces JBL as our first inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020. JBL shakes hands with The King and jokes about Lawler’s earlier line about shedding tears tonight, saying a Wrestling God won’t cry. JBL talks about his 30 years in the business and says it’s been an incredible run. JBL talks about learning real heat from some of the greats in Texas and Japan. He goes on about “white heat” and how he fell in love with it, recalling how a group of people chased him once and one man had pulled out a butterfly knife, until he saw Fit Finley. The man dropped the knife when he saw Finlay. JBL says he would never have existed if it weren’t for WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero. He wishes Eddie was here to say thank you. He talks about teaming with WWE Hall of Famer Ron Simmons as The APA, and their strong friendship. He says they had a heck of a time together. JBL recalls how some kid named John Cena came along and ended his run. He goes on to praise Cena. JBL says WWE has afforded him the opportunity to do so many things, like visit Troops in Iraq and work with charities all over the world. He’s asked what would he do all over again, and he always says every bit of it. He would love to one more time experience Eddie or The Undertaker’s entrance, or work some Podunk town and not care how long the next drive is because he and his colleagues were just enjoying everything. JBL says he’s still enjoying the ride and for that he’s eternally grateful. JBL says to anyone who feels he has wronged them or said something to them backstage and made them feel bad – from the bottom of his heart he’d like to say… cry a river, snowflake, he’s JBL and he apologizes to no one, and he’s going into the WWE Hall of Fame because he is who he says he is, A Wrestling God! JBL’s music hits as he poses as a “JBL!” chant starts up in the virtual crowd.

Back from a break and Lawler sends us backstage to Kevin Patrick on the red carpet. He’s with Peyton Royce and Rhea Ripley. They talk about the importance of tonight. Rhea recalls meeting The Bella Twins earlier and how they accepted her. She also recalls meeting The Bellas and Dolph Ziggler years ago at a signing in Australia. Sarah Schreiber is with Randy Orton now. He’s asked what the Hall of Fame means to him. It means a lot as his father is in the Hall and he inducted him. Orton says the Hall just keeps getting bigger and bigger each year. He has a little bit of a relationship with each member going in tonight, and he’s happy to be here to enjoy it with them. Kevin is with RAW Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. They comment on the nWo and The Bella Twins. Kofi praises The Bellas for behind the main catalyst behind the Women’s Revolution. Woods looks forward to a potential induction for The New Day and reminds everyone that Vince McMahon said in the ring once that they will be inducted some day.

We go back to Lawler on the stage and he sends us to a video package for “The British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith, who passed away in 2002.

We come back and Lawler introduces Bulldog’s son Harry Smith, his daughter Georgia Smith, and his wife Diana Hart-Smith. They come out to posthumously induct Davey Boy into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020. Harry is carrying Buffy the Bulldog, joking that she is the granddaughter of the legendary Matilda.

Harry says it’s truly an honor to finally induct his father. Harry thanks WWE for the induction and opportunity, and thanks the fans for the years of support, saying without the fans none of this would be impossible. Harry praises his father for being an incredible athlete, saying he was versatile and could do it all. He was a powerhouse but he was also athletic and could pull off any move. He had a large physique but his heart and wonderful personality were even bigger. He also talks about the SummerSlam 1992 match between Bulldog and WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart, and how no one will forget it. He says it was such a special moment for Davey and the family, and it’s Harry’s favorite memory of his father. It’s a match he can watch over and over, and never get tired of. He also recalls Davey’s match against Uncle Owen Hart where he became European Champion, knowing this is another match they were all proud of. He talks about how The Hart Foundation revolutionized tag team wrestling as we know it today. He also mentions how the matches in Japan influenced his style. He’s proud to carry on Davey’s legacy and he knows every time he steps in the ring, his dad is with him in spirit, along with WWE Hall of Famer The Dynamite Kid. He knows Davey is also with us tonight. He goes on about how his father was a great dad, friend and performer, and says he will never be forgotten by his friends, family and the WWE Universe. He jokes again about Davey’s legendary ribs backstage. Harry thanks the fans from the bottom of his heart, and the same goes to WWE and the Superstars who shared the ring with Davey. Harry thanks everyone once again and welcomes his father into the WWE Hall of Fame. The music starts again as Harry, his mother, and his sister hug Buffy to end the segment.

Back from a break and Kevin is on the red carpet with Nikki Cross. They talk about Bulldog’s induction and Harry’s speech, which brought tears to Cross. Schreiber is with Braun Strowman. He says the Hall of Fame is all about legacy. He goes on and says it’s such an honor to work for the company but to be cemented into the WWE Hall of Fame is what every athlete and talent wants at the top. Kevin is with Drew McIntyre now. He says it’s about time Bulldog was inducted. He recalls watching Bulldog as a kid and being inspired every time he saw the UK flag.

We go back to the stage and Lawler sends us to a video package for Jushin Thunder Liger.

Shinsuke Nakamura calls Liger his biggest idol in the video. Lawler welcomes Liger, who is joining us virtually from Japan. Liger speaks in Japanese but we have subtitles. He says he is representing New Japan Pro Wrestling. He thanks WWE for the honor and says he is excited, he has goosebumps all over. Liger goes on about this being a great honor to be inducted, and to receive the ring and plaque. He is really glad he became a pro wrestler. Liger, in English now, thanks WWE and his fans to end the speech.

Back from a break and Lawler talks about how he has a special connection to the next inductee, his favorite “Captain” and who inducted him into the WWE Hall of Fame. We get a video package for Celebrity Wing inductee William Shatner.

Lawler welcomes Shatner, who is also joining us virtually, and officially welcomes him to the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020 Celebrity Wing. Shatner talks about being born in Montreal and how many top wrestlers came out of the city. He recalls his RAW segment with Lawler from years ago and says he’s been a great fan of WWE for many years. Shatner accepts the induction with the delight of someone who’s followed some of his greatest heroes. Shatner gives thanks to end the speech as the crowd cheers.

Kevin is on the red carpet with The Miz and John Morrison. Miz says the Hall of Fame is one of his most favorite times of the year because they get to honor those who paved the way. Morrison comments on how great Lawler and Shatner age. Schreiber is with Mustafa Ali. He’s excited to see the nWo get inducted. He remembers growing up a lifelong fan and seeing nWo t-shirts and Austin 3:16 t-shirts everywhere. Kevin is with MVP and WWE Champion Bobby Lashley. Kevin asks MVP about the nWo but he says the only three letters he should be asking about are MVP or TBH for The Hurt Business. They talk about the influence that JBL had on their careers. Lashley says JBL absolutely deserves to be inducted, without a doubt.

We go back to Lawler, who sends us to a video package on the 2020 Legacy Wing inductees.

The WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020 Legacy Wing inductees are Ray “The Crippler” Stevens, Brickhouse Brown, “Dr. Death” Steve Williams, Baron Michele Leone, and Gary Hart.

We go back to Lawler. He sends us to a video package on The Bella Twins – Nikki Bella and Brie Bella.

Lawler introduces The Bella Twins, officially welcoming them into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020. They speak at the same time and agree to let Brie go first. They talk about sharing everything and now this. Nikki recalls how their journey started with the Divas Search in 2006. They ended up at developmental and that’s where they found their destiny, their calling, their home. They also talk about how the women’s division changed over the years, and how important representation has been. Brie jokes about Nikki always beating her and Nikki reminds us she was the longest-reigning Divas Champion. They talk about opening doors for other women in WWE, and mention Evolution and the Women’s Royal Rumble. They are proud to see how the other women have continued the efforts. They thank several female Superstars, Steve Keirn, Fit Finlay, John Laurinaitis, the late WWE Hall of Famers Dusty Rhodes and Pat Patterson, and several others by name. Nikki also thanks ex-partner John Cena for helping her learn the business. They also thank everyone who works for WWE for being road family, and their fans, The Bella Army. Brie thanks Daniel Bryan for sacrificing their private life so they can showcase women’s wrestling, and for being a great husband and father. Nikki also thanks Artem and her son. They say a few more words and end the speech before a chant starts up in the virtual crowd. Their music plays to end the segment.

Back from a break and Kevin is with WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler, and Reginald, on the red carpet. Jax talks about how The Bellas were a big influence on her career, calling them incredible. She sees them as being moguls now. Baszler says many people don’t know but her actual company debut came on Total Divas when she was helping Nikki train and learn submissions. She takes some pride in them being Hall of Famers now. Schreiber is with Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke. They also praise The Bellas. Kevin is with Lana and Naomi now. Lana says The Bellas have been so inspiring to her and it’s incredible to be here supporting them. Naomi talks about being on TV and in the locker room with The Bellas, and they know them in a different way and love them so much. She goes on praising The Bellas and says it’s exciting. Schreiber is with Sheamus now, asking about Titus O’Neil receiving the Warrior Award. Sheamus says no one can argue with this award. He talks about Titus giving back to the community in Tampa.

Back from a break and Lawler talks about the importance of The Warrior Award and why it was named after WWE Hall of Famer The Ultimate Warrior. Lawler leads us to a video package on Titus O’Neil. We come back and Lawler introduces Titus as the 2020 Hall of Fame Warrior Award recipient. They briefly do the Prime Time Players dance before Lawler leaves.

Titus talks about his tough upbringing and how he was labeled a kid who would be dead or in jail by age 16. He ended up at the Florida Sheriff’s Boys Ranch, where he heard the words that would help him change – I love you. Titus goes on about how the change led him from being an underachieving student to being an All American football player, the first high school graduate and college graduate in his family. He talks about starting The Bullard Family Foundation and having his own legacy that starts with his two sons. He goes on about helping kids and their families through the foundation. He says there’s no question that the WWE platform has helped him put smiles on faces and he’s forever grateful for that. Titus goes on and says this is truly humbling and impactful. He’s always wanted to set an example of a great human being. Titus says a few more words and thanks everyone from his sons to his co-workers. He ens the speech by saying he loves everyone and believes in them. A “you deserve it!” chant starts up as Titus’ music hits.

Back from another break and Lawler sends us to a video package on the nWo – Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash and Sean Waltman.

Lawler now introduces Waltman, Hall, Nash and Hogan to officially induct the group into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020. This gets the loudest cheer from the virtual pre-taped crowd. The Hulkster comes out with the black spraypainted nWo World Heavyweight Title belt.

Waltman thanks everyone and says he’s doubly honored to be up here for a second time. He thanks his wife Angela and the rest of his family. He also thanks and congratulates Eric Bischoff on his 2021 induction. Waltman says being a part of the nWo was incredibly important to him, and important to his run in DX. Waltman thanks Hall and Nash for having his back over the years. He thanks Hogan for always being so good to him and for taking the steel chair shot after Hogan’s match with The Rock. Hall steps up to the podium next with his signature “Hey yo!” line. Hall thought a few years back he had reached his career highlight when he was inducted as Razor Ramon, but to be here now with his friends, and the guy who made him want to be a pro wrestler, Hogan, words can’t express it. Hall just wants to say… thank you very much.

Nash is up next. He says what Hall just said really resonates. There’ a lot of things that made this really work and there were a lot of things that could’ve made this not work. He recalls Diesel and Razor leaving WWE and showing up on Turner TV. He says if Vinnie Vegas and Diamond Studd would’ve showed up, the impact would not have been the same. He mentions how the Razor and Diesel contracts were just 6 days apart. He thanks the guys for having his back for 30 years, and Hogan for 25 years now. Nash can’t believe this nWo thing has gone on for 25 years. He talks about doing personal appearances and seeing 80% of those people in line with nWo shirts on, and then seeing the young kids doing the Too Sweet gesture while wearing a nWo t-shirt. Nash says this nWo thing really is for life. Nash says what made nWo was the fact that everyone came from WWE, and WWE really is for life. Nash goes on and wraps his speech. Hogan is next. Hogan talks about being on a movie set in California, completely lost, not knowing what he was going to do after filming the all time classic Santa With Muscles. He saw Hall come on WCW Nitro, then talked with Bischoff and wasn’t sure about the nWo thing at first. Then he saw Nash jump onboard, he watched the heat and how real it looked, like WWE was invading WCW. Hogan picked the phone up and called Bischoff. Hogan said Bischoff was thinking about asking Sting but Hogan couldn’t let that happen because he, Hogan, was WWE from head to toe. He goes on about how the nWo were running wild and the nastier they got, the more the WWE fans cheered for them. The lines go blurry, babyfaces were upset, the nWo was the poison that Vince McMahon brought in. Hogan talks about how the nWo merchandise sells out all the time at his beach shop in Florida. Hogan says he never got beat for this belt on his shoulder. He thinks the nWo needs to make another run. He talks about how the nWo should teach everyone a lesson at WrestleMania 37 after he and Titus hosts the show. Hogan goes on and says that’s just wishful thinking. He goes on and says everyone knows nWo is 4 Life, but now that they’re in the Hall of Fame, it really is 4 Life and just Too Sweet! The nWo music hits one more time as Hogan, Hall, Nash and Waltman celebrate on the stage.

That’s it for the 2020 Induction Ceremony.

The 2021 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony opens up with a Hall of Fame video package. We open up on Peacock and the WWE Network, live on a tape delay from the WWE ThunderDome at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida as the virtual crowd cheers. Corey Graves and Kayla Braxton are introduced as the hosts.

Graves and Braxton send us to a video package on former WWE Champion Rob Van Dam.

Kayla introduces RVD and out he comes to a big “RVD!” chant from the virtual crowd. RVD says this is amazing, a complete circle of life that he’s experiencing right now. He recalls how 30 years ago he finished up in USWA in Memphis, and drove to the hotbed of professional wrestling that was Tampa. He had about $100 in his pocket and drove down in a Ford Mustang that was barely moving, with a stolen registration on the tag. RVD says the reason he’s being inducted is because of the response fans have had for him. It’s because of the fans he wanted to get into wrestling because he was a fan. RVD recalls how he had an autograph signing the day after his father passed away. He was thinking should he do the signing or go him to be with his family. He went to the signing and chose not to tell anyone about his father, he just tapped into their positive energy and felt so much love, so much excitement, that it got him through and helped bail him out of the hole he was in. Looking back he sees the energy exchange is a two-way street. He’s tickled to death to think somehow he could help someone’s life. RVD says it’s a tremendous honor to be inducted into the Hall, and to go in with this prestigious group that influenced him. He hopes that when people think about RVD and his journey, he hopes they think abut individuality. He goes on about how life is all about choices, people tried changing him because he was different but he stuck to his guns and just kept going. He has so many people to thank but starts with his parents for letting him follow his dreams. He thanks many others, including The Sheik and Sabu. He also gives big thanks to the fans and says he doesn’t know a better high than standing on the top rope preparing for the Five Star Frogsplash and seeing the fans. He jokes that he would know of a better high. He says this induction is a victory for all of us. If he would he’d thank every fan individually but he can’t. He thanks the WWE Universe and a “RVD!” chant starts back up. He says it’s because of the fans that he calls himself The Whole Damn Show, RVD. He ends the speech with the thumb point as the music starts back up and the “RVD!” chant continues.

Back from a break and Alyse Ashton is backstage on the red carpet with SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks. She’s most looking forward to seeing Molly Holly’s induction tonight. She talks about watching Molly and being influenced by her. Greg Hamilton is with WWE Intercontinental Champion Big E. He’s also excited to see Molly’s induction. He goes on about how Molly is deserving. Hamilton wishes him good luck for WrestleMania 37 and Big E awkwardly shakes his hand while laughing. Alyse is with Carmella now. She also talks about being inspired by Molly.

We go back to Graves and Braxton. They send us to a video package on Molly Holly to welcome her into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2021. Kayla then introduces Molly and out she comes.

Holly thanks everyone for this honor. She says only two people have had their head shaved at WrestleMania – the most influential person to enter a ring, the other Vince McMahon. The crowd pops. She says WWE brings entertainment but that wouldn’t be possible without the crew. She knew from day one that the crew were her people. She goes on about how they helped her at various times. She names several WWE crew members and then thanks the fans. She says the fans chose to overlook her shortcomings, to forgive her moments of selfishness, and to focus on her good qualities, lifting her up, cheering her and believing her, and for that she is eternally grateful. Molly gives thanks again to end the speech as her music hits and she waves goodbye.

Back from a break and Greg is on the red carpet with The Street Profits. They mention RVD and joke about getting red eyes later on. Alyse is with Rey Mysterio. He talks about his history in the ring with Kane. Dominik Mysterio is also there, and he’s always been a big RVD fan. He collected all of the RVD action figures and also all of the Kane figures. He remembers being in the crowd and hating Kane’s pyro because it freaked him out. Rey says to this day Dominik still gets freaked out by pyro.

We go back to Graves and Braxton on the stage. They send us to a video package to welcome The Great Khali into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2021.

The video also shows how Khali is helping the next generation of wrestlers in India. Kayla then welcomes Khali, who joins us virtually from India. Khali talks about being excited for the induction, and says for some reason he can’t be with all of us today for the ceremony. He goes on and thanks everyone for supporting him. He shows off the Hall of Fame ring to end the speech as the music hits.

Back from a break and Greg is with Ranjin Singh (WWE writer Dave Kapoor) on the red carpet. Singh briefly talks about Khali being an inspiration to people around the world, not just in India. Alyse is with Bianca Belair on the red carpet. Belair also talks about being inspired by Molly.

Graves and Braxton send us to a video package on music legend Ozzy Osbourne to welcome him into the Celebrity Wing of the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2021.

Graves welcomes Ozzy via pre-recorded video. He thanks WWE for the amazing award and says he doesn’t deserve it. Ozzy says it’s all about the fans really, as they keep us alive. He thanks Vince McMahon and Triple H, and says God bless everyone.

Back from a break and Graves congratulates Ozzy again. He and Braxton send us to a video package on the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2021 Legacy Wing inductees – Dick The Bruiser, Pez Whatley, Buzz Sawyer, Ethel Johnson, and Paul Boesch.

Back from another break and Graves sends us to a video package to welcome Eric Bischoff into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2021.

We come back and Braxton introduces Bischoff, who comes out to a big reaction from the pre-recorded virtual crowd. Bischoff says this is truly amazing but he’s going to get right into it, and not waste a lot of time because he was told he only has 3 minutes for this speech. In a reference to a 2002 RAW segment with Three Minute Warning and Billy & Chuck, Bischoff then says, “Wait a minute, did I just hear myself say 3 minutes?” and points up at the sky in a tribute to Rosey and Umaga. Bischoff goes on about his career, calling it an amazing road trip he’s been on. It’s happened because he’s had the privilege of standing on the shoulders of the giants who came before him. He thanks those giants – the people that have taken this industry we love from what was once a traveling circus or a sideshow in the circus, to one of the most powerful forms of entertainment anywhere in the world. Bischoff calls it an uniquely American art form, and it’s those giants we have to thank. Bischoff wants to thank each and every person, from the bottom of his heart, no matter where you’re at, thank you for joining him for this road trip, this journey. He says it’s been one hell of a ride and the best is still to come. Bischoff gives thanks again and that’s it for his speech. The music starts up and fans cheer him on as he shows off his ring.

Back from the break and Seth Rollins is on the red carpet with Alyse. Rollins has big praise for Bischoff. Kevin is backstage with Kevin Owens. He says growing up he hated WCW because he was all for WWE so he hated Bischoff, but flipped out when he first saw Bischoff show up on WWE TV. He goes on and says Bischoff obviously deserves the honor and after working with Bischoff in WWE, he’s one of his favorite people to be around. King Baron Corbin is backstage with Alyse now. He also talks about how Bischoff influenced an entire era of wrestling.

We go back to Braxton and Graves. They send us to a video package for the Warrior Award recipient of the WWE Hall of Fame 2021 Class – longtime employee Rich Hering.

A video is shown with footage of Vince, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon surprising Rich with the news while backstage at a recent taping. The video shows how Rich started out with Vince McMahon Sr., and how he was instrumental bringing pro wrestling into the sports entertainment era. We also see how he presided over weddings as a court judge, including the wedding of WWE Hall of Famer Randy Savage and Miss Elizabeth. The video also shows how Rich helped Warrior’s family get through tough times after his passing. He remains close to the family today. Dana Warrior speaks in the video and gets emotional when thanking him. Rich is known as the problem solver in WWE. Honest, loyal, tough as nails, and above all – respected. Indiana Warrior and Mattigan Warrior also speaks and thank Uncle Rich.

Graves says it is honor to welcome Rich to the stage. Out he comes to accept the Warrior Award. Rich thanks everyone and wishes the Warrior family was here to help celebrate. He says it means a lot to him personally because of who and what it represents. He will always be grateful for this honor. Rich thanks the WWE Superstars he’s worked with for the past 51 years now, for helping transform a regional sport to a worldwide phenomenon. He thanks the hundreds of WWE employees who make the business happen every day and says they are without a doubt the unsung Warriors. Rich thanks everyone again from the bottom of his heart. He raises the Warrior Award and is cheered as the music starts back up.

Back from a break and WWE Hall of Famer Edge is with Hamilton. Edge talks about knowing how all this feels. He’s excited to see Molly get her props and have everyone see what kind of person she is. He also names Bischoff and Kane, noting that the man behind Kane, Glenn Jacobs, is one of his best friends. He says if there’s one person who really deserves to go into the Hall of Fame, it’s Kane. Bayley is with Alyse now. She talks about Kane and how special it was to watch him because Kane was her brother’s favorite wrestler. Bayley gives Kane a shout-out from her brother Jeremy and says to text him or something. She also comments on how fun it was to watch Kane and Daniel Bryan.

We go back to Graves and Braxton on the stage. They send us to a video package to welcome Kane into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2021.

Kayla now welcomes Kane to the stage and out he comes to the loudest pop. The Kane mask is in a glass case on the podium.

Kane thanks everyone and says this is the greatest honor of his career. Standing here he’s had the same thought he had any times in his career – what the hell am I doing here? Kane says he’s a farm boy from Missouri and there’s nothing special about him, except maybe his size. He says he’s always been surrounded by good people, starting with his parents, who have always been his biggest fans. He talks about his daughters and wife, and how he regrets missing special moments with them while working. He and his wife have been together for 26 years and he’s had some great tag team partners over the years but none hold a candle to the one he’s had outside of the ring. He jokes about not dragging this speech on because he’s sat through enough of them to know how they can go. He thanks people who made impressions on him early in hiss career, including Dutch Mantel, Jim Cornette, and jokingly apologizes to Jim Ross for setting him on fire. Kane gives praise to the people behind-the-scenes, names we’ll never hear, the people who got him here. He thanks some of those people, others from Talent Relations, and the people who make WWE go night in and night out. He also thanks the TV production people for being the best in the world.

Kane then thanks his brothers and sisters who put on tights and laced up boots. It was an honor to perform with them. He praises them as the best entertainers in the world, who put smiles on faces and make the world better. He then thanks Kane’s family – brother The Undertaker and father, WWE Hall of Famer Paul Bearer. Kane recalls how his first match with Taker actually came in 1995 before signing with WWE. The Undertaker with Paul Bearer defeated Unabomb with Al Snow that night, the first of many Tombstones to drop Kane on his head. Kane goes on about Taker and says their saga is the greatest story WWE has ever told. Kane goes on and says now that he’s had time to reflect, he realizes how exceptional his WWE journey was, and it wasn’t possible without the fans. Kane says people thank him for entertaining him all the time, but no, he thanks the fans, and thanks them for making Kane one of the most memorable characters. Kane mentions Knox County, TN as the best place in the world to live, work and raise a family, and says if a farm boy like him can achieve what he has, then imagine what you can do. Glenn would like to leave us with that, and Kane would like to leave us with this… he backs up and does the signature Kane pose to make the pyro explode. Kane thanks everyone as the music hits and the 2021 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony goes off the air.

Still don't see why The Bella Twins are in the Hall of Fame if they may be planning a return to the ring.
