PROGRESS Wrestling World Champion Cara Noir has opened his own training school in London. The PlayFight school in London will be run by the man himself to help establish a new crop of talent in British pro wrestling.

In a recent press release, Tom Dawkins/Cara Noir would outlay how the new school would work:

Take your wrestling to the next level in the best-equipped independent wrestling studio in the world.

Drawing on a teaching method of Isolate, Integrate, Improvise & Experiment, we’ve created a 3-grade training system for the teaching of professional wrestling. By grading students in a similar way to that of martial arts, our intention is to ensure the progression & safety of our athletes at all times.

Cara Noir has been at the top of British wrestling since winning the PROGRESS World Title early last year. Prior to that, The Black Swan had established himself as a name on the independent scene due to his unique presentation and matches with some of the biggest names in BritWres.

Cara’s debut PROGRESS Chapter match against Pete Dunne and his star making turn against PAC from RIPTIDE Wrestling are two of the more prominent matches in the Brit’s career.
