Kazuchika Okada is ready to do what it takes to defeat Bryan Danielson, following their instant classic at AEWxNJPW: Forbidden Door II.

It was at last month's crossover spectacle in Toronto, Canada that Danielson defeated Okada in the show's main event. Danielson entered to his 'The Final Countdown' theme that he used on the independent scene prior to signing with WWE in 2009.

After over 27 minutes, Danielson got the submission victory over Okada in a match that was quickly deemed by fans as a 'Match of the Year' candidate. Speaking to Tokyo Sports this week, Okada expressed his desire for a rematch with the American Dragon.

“If there is a time to have a rematch, I’d like to win even if I have to break both of Danielson’s arms next time.”

During the match, Danielson suffered what is believed to be a fractured forearm injury, as disclosed by the ex-WWE Superstar on the AEWxNJPW: Forbidden Door II post-show media scrum. The injury has kept Danielson out of action ever since, and he will not be part of Team BCC for Blood & Guts next week against The Elite.

Okada isn't the only person ready for a rematch, as Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega could be locking horns soon enough. At Forbidden Door, Ospreay defeated Omega to regain the IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Championship he lost to Ospreay at Wrestle Kingdom. It is believed that a rematch between the two will take place at AEW All In this August in London, with both men teasing the rematch. The match has not been confirmed at this time by AEW or Tony Khan.
