The July 24 episode of Monday Night Raw featuring the contract signing between WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and Finn Balor averaged 1.818 million viewership and did a 0.57 rating(P18-49).

The episode is slightly down in viewership from the July 17 episode of Monday Night Raw, which averaged 1.885 but has the same demographic rating. Regardless, Monday Night Raw has had over 1.8 million views for three consecutive weeks as the company prepares for SummerSlam on Aug. 5.

WWE continues to elevate The Judgement Day (Balor, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio & Rhea Ripley) as a threat to the Monday Night Raw roster. Mysterio successfully defended his North American Championship against Sami Zayn in the episode. The challenger was close to winning the title, but Ripley and Priest distracted Zayn for Mysterio to get the victory.

Liv Morgan was also set to have a match with Ripley. The Women's World Champion attacked Morgan and Rodriguez on the July 17 episode of Monday Night Raw, which led to them losing the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships.

Before Morgan's match with Ripley, the champion attacked Morgan as she came to the ring and injured her arm with a steel chair. WWE has seemingly written Morgan off TV as she is dealing with an actual injury. Ripley also shared that her issues were with Rodriguez, and Morgan shouldn't have gotten involved. The company is likely setting up Rodiguez to challenge Ripley for the Women's World Championship at SummerSlam.

WWE ended the show with The Judgement Day looking strong as the faction beat down Rollins during the contract signing segment. Balor lured the WWE World Heavyweight Champion into the trap, and they took turns attacking him. Zayn also tried to make the save, but the "heel" faction swiftly beat him down and continued their assault on Rollins. They posed over the champion to finish the episode, in what was built around the faction.

WWE has been featuring The Judgement Day more prominently across WWE programming. Last week, the faction appeared on Monday Night Raw, NXT, and Friday Night Smackdown. WWE promoted after the July 24 episodes that Ripley will face Lyra Valkyria on the July 25 episode of NXT.

The company seems fully invested in strengthening The Judgement Day faction and believes it will attract viewers. So far, their involvement has shown an increase in viewership in NXT, so it remains to be seen how it will affect future Monday Night Raw or possible Friday Night Smackdown episodes.

The viewership for the July 25 episode of NXT will be interesting, with WWE promoting Ripley's match on less than a day's notice. WWE could have another great faction that could replicate the success of The Bloodline, which becomes a big draw for future shows.
