Jacob Fatu vs Rickey Shane Page

Rickey brings a spike with him to the ring.

Before the referee starts the match, Fatu with a suicide dive onto Page.

Fatu with a forearm and he sends Page into the guardrails. Fatu with a punch and then he sends him back into the guardrails. Fatu gets a chair and he throws it ag Page. Page goes into the ring and Fatu goes up top and hits a swanton for a near fall. Fatu runs into a boot and another kick. Fatu punches Page and then he hits a double jump Arabian Press for a near fall. Fatu with a punch. Fatu goes to the turnbuckles for punches. Page with a cross body for a near fall.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Page hits Fatu with a chair and then puts the chair on Fatu and slams him. Page gets the spike and he jabs it into Fatu’s foot. Page uses the spike on the inside of Fatu’s mouth. Page bites Fatu’s foot. Page with an uppercut and chop. Fatu rolls to the apron. Page sets up a chair and he hits a drop toe hold onto the chair but you don’t do anything to the head of a person from the Pacific Islands. Fatu shows that the chair did not hurt him by slamming his head into the chair many times.

Fatu with punches and a thrust kick. Page goes to the floor and Fatu with a suicide dive. Fatu sends Page back into the ring and Fatu with a cross body for a near fall. Fatu with a handspring moonsault for a near fall. Page is bleeding from the forehead. Fatu gets chairs and Raven walks over to Fatu with some of his gas mask crew. Fatu sends chairs back into the ring and Page gets one and throws it at Fatu. Page sets up a few chairs in the ring on their sides. Fatu with punches and a thrust kick followed by a Samoan drop onto the chairs for a near fall. Fatu goes under the ring for a table. Page with a round kick and enzuigiri. Page sets up the table. Page throws a chair at Fatu’s head. Page with a forearm and he throws another chair at Fatu and that forces Fatu onto the table. Page with a back senton off the turnbuckles through the table for a near fall.

Fatu and Page go ot the floor and Page hits Fatu with chairs and Fatu hits Page with a chair. Fatu with punches and a head butt. Fatu pushes the referee. Page punches Fatu and he pushes the referee down. The referee calls for the bell.

Winner: Double Disqualification (Fatu Retains)

After the match:
Fatu and Page continue to brawl up the aisle and to the back.


Sam Leterna is with Tracy Williams.

She asks him about his match against Davey Boy Smith Jr. She asks him where is his head.

Tracy says his head is what got him here. He tries to be the best professional wrestler. There are few who understand what wrestling truly is. Some are attracted to the pageantry. Then there are a few who are true professionals and represent what this is supposed to be. That is Davey Boy Smith Jr. Tracy says the onus is on him to prove that he is professional wrestling. Tonight, he goes into the ring to prove it and try to win the Opera Cup.

We go to the Fury Road Control Center.

Added to the card is Jacob Fatu versus Rickey Shane Page in a Weapons of Mass Destruction Match.

Matt Cardona says it is a couple weeks away. He says there is no heat between them and no animosity. It is just business. He is going to walk in and walk out of Fury Road as the winner. He says he is not coming to steal Mance’s spot or his friends’ spots. He says he will carry everyone to the promised land. He is coming for money. It is not about Mance.

Delmi Exo is with Sam Leterna.

She asks her about her match.

Delmi says the God Queen is ready for another successful title defense.

B3CCA interrupts and she says that Delmi shouldn’t be the champion. If Delmi is going to defend the title, it should be against her.

Delmi says if you want to go on about being the champ and be the top dog, Delmi says she runs the division and she starts to set the tone. If you want to stop the delusion of being an international pop star, we can talk.


MLW Featherweight Championship
Delmi Exo (c) vs Paris Van Dale

They lock up and Delmi with a wrist lock. Paris backs Delmi into the corner and she chops Delmi a few times. Delmi with chops of her own. Paris with an Irish whip and Delmi floats over. Delmi with a forearm and a fisherman’s suplex for a near fall. Paris with a clothesline for a near fall. Paris punches Delmi. Delmi with forearms and a knee followed by a Samoan Drop for a near fall. Delmi with a running uppercut into the corner. Paris misses a clothesline but Delmi misses a kick. Delmi with a thrust kick and Delmi Driver for the three count.

Winner: Delmi Exo (retains championship)

After the match:
B3CCA attacks Delmi from behind and then she goes El Cabong with a guitar. B3CCA takes the title belt and stands over Delmi. She drops the title belt on Delmi and walks away.

We are back with the tease for KUSHIDA.

We take a look at what has happened over the last few weeks with Alex Kane and Willie Mack.

We go to Alex Kane with Mr. Thomas for some BOMAYE.

Alex says the league is on its bull crap. He says he understands that because they like stacking the deck. Willie isn’t even in a fight camp or a fight team. He is on a food camp. Willie doesn’t take this seriously. He thinks he can challenge Alex for his title. He needs a warm up match. He says he will return to the scene of the crime where he destroyed the legend of Aerostar. He says they are all over the globe. The people are chanting BOMAYE. He says BOMAYE is for the people.


2023 Opera Cup Finals
Tracy Williams vs Davey Boy Smith Jr. (w/ Mister Saint Laurent)

Tracy wants Smith to lock up and Smith takes his time. They lock up and Smith sends Tracy to the mat. Tracy with a waist lock but Smith with a wrist lock into an arm bar. Tracy with a snap mare and crucifix for a near fall. Smith talks to MSL for some advice. Smith goes for the leg and Tracy with a body scissors into a knee bar. Smith goes to the floor and Tracy with a forearm off the apron. Tracy with a front face lock but Smith with a suplex on the floor.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Smith with a forearm to the back. Tracy clips the leg as Smith returns to the ring. Tracy stomps on the leg and he works on the ankle. Smith counters and both men with heel hooks. Smith gets to his feet and tries for a Sharpshooter but Tracy blocks it. Tracy with a forearm and a dragon screw. Tracy slams the leg into the mat. Smith with an enzuigiri to stop a dragon screw attempt. They exchange forearms. Smith with uppercuts but Tracy blocks one and gets a near fall with a back slide.

Smith with elbows to stop a suplex attempt but Tracy is able to hit a belly-to-back suplex. Tracy with a clothesline into the corner followed by an elbow. Tracy with forearms to the back and he stretches Smith but Smith escapes. Tracy with a crucifix for a near fall. Smith with a suplex. Smith with a leg drop and he goes up top and hits a leg drop for a near fall. Tracy drops down to block a power bomb. Tracy with a jaw breaker and back elbow.

Smith stops Tracy on the turnbuckles and he hits a running power slam. Smith cannot capitalize and it takes time to make the cover and Tracy gets his foot on the rope. Smith gets a near fall. Tracy escapes a power slam attempt. Tracy with a La Mistica and an ankle lock. MSL tries to push the ropes to Smith but Smith escapes and hits a power slam for a near fall.

Smith with a sit out power bomb for a near fall. Smith with a crossface and Tracy taps out.

Winner: Davey Boy Smith Jr.

After the match:
MSL celebrates with Smith before he is presented with the Opera Cup.


Next week, we will have a Scramble Match featuring Willie Mack.

Sam is on the ramp to interview Smith.

MSL takes the mic and he says the only thing that would have made it sweeter if they did it in London or Calgary instead of a third world s***hole like Philadelphia. MSL insults the women and says that Sam is a 6 in New York, but a 10 in Philadelphia. MSL suggests they hold the Opera Cup next year in Canada.

Smith says if he could be extended the courtesy of no interruptions, he will continue.

He thanks everyone for showing that they think he is number one. He says you are looking at wrestling royalty while he is looking at inbred royalty. He says gold is next and he is the future MLW World Champion.
