WWE SmackDown kicked off this week with a sobering tribute to Terry Funk and Bray Wyatt. The whole WWE roster lined the stage, as Michael Cole announced that the WWE family lost two special members this week. This was followed by a 10-bell salute as well.

Rowan was front and center on the stage. The camera even zoomed into his face in the crowd during the 10-bell salute. Rowan was standing right next to Triple H on the stage, surrounded by the current roster of WWE Superstars. Then the lights went out, and they played a tribute video package for Bray Wyatt.

Rowan was released during the pandemic, and he hasn’t been seen in WWE since. He has appeared for AEW a couple of times, and he was present for the Brodie Lee tribute when he passed away.
