Fans of VICE's Dark Side of the Ring have not seen the last of the series according to AEW star Chris Jericho.

Premiering in 2019, Dark Side of the Ring covers some of the biggest controversies from professional wrestling, including Chris Benoit, the Montreal Screwjob, the Plane Ride from Hell, and the death of Owen Hart. Dark Side of the Ring has had four seasons thus far, with the most recent season premiering in May of this year and concluding in August.

While Dark Side of the Ring has been well-received by wrestling fans, several issues have raised questions about the future of the show. Some wrestling staples, including Jim Ross, have said they will no longer be appearing on the show due to alleged examples of selective editing.

In May of this year, Vice Media LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, again raising questions about the future of Dark Side of the Ring. Despite this filing, it was said that VICE's situation would not affect the future of Dark Side of the Ring.

On Twitter, a fan asked Chris Jericho if more episodes were in the works, as they had binged and loved the show's four seasons. Jericho responded that more episodes are coming soon. Dave Meltzer would add that an episode about 'Gentleman' Chris Adams will be part of the next wave of episodes.

Adams competed around the globe, and his career would peak by becoming the WCWA World Heavyweight Champion. He was also the man who trained 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin and pioneered the use of the superkick. In June 2001, Adams turned himself in on a manslaughter charge he was indicted on. That October, while awaiting trial, Adams was fatally shot in the chest during a drunken brawl with a friend.
