Even though FTR have lost an ally in CM Punk in AEW, they may have gained another one in Adam Copeland.

There's a new intriguing trademark being filed for the former Edge and FTR as the trio have jointly applied for the name "Rated FTR." Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler and Copeland all got involved in a show-ending brawl this past Saturday on AEW Collision after Christian Cage underhandedly defeated Bryan Danielson to retain his TNT Championship.

With this trademark being filed, it's likely a strong indication that there is a steady on-air friendship between Copeland and the former AEW Tag Team Champions forthcoming as the three share fellow adversaries. It actually was Ricky Starks and Big Bill who helped cost Danielson his TNT Title shot. A big takeaway from this week's episode of Collision was the contentious confrontation between Starks and Copeland. Copeland called Starks a "vanilla midget" who tried to emulate The Rock, but Starks fired back with a WWE dig of his own.

Another former WWE star also applied for his own trademark as the recently released Matt Riddle filed for the moniker "King Of Bros." There's no word as to where Riddle may land following his WWE exit, but he should have his options open to him, both in pro wrestling and MMA.

Finally, another trademark has been filed by WWE itself. The company issued one for the name of Brinley Reece who this week on NXT faced Arianna Grace (daughter of Santino Marella) in the first-round of the NXT Breakout Tournament.
