Nick Hogan, the son of two-time WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, has been arrested and charged with a DUI in Florida.

Nick, 33, was arrested on Saturday morning just before 4 am in Clearwater, Florida, where cops booked him on suspicion of driving under the influence. The report from law enforcement alleged that Hogan refused to submit to sobriety testing. As of the most recent reports, Hogan has not been released from custody.

Nick is a reality TV personality, known best for his appearances on Hogan Knows Best. The reality show focused on the lives of the Hogan family and ran from 2005 to 2007. Nick would appear on the spin-off show Brooke Knows Best from 2008 to 2009.

This is unfortunately not the first time that Nick Hogan has been in trouble with the law. In August 2007, Hogan was involved in a car crash in which he crashed into a tree while driving under the influence. This crash came just 16 days after Hogan's fourth speeding ticket within 11 months.

The passenger in the vehicle, John Graziano, suffered massive brain damage due to the crash and at the time, it was believed that he would remain in a nursing home for the rest of his life. In September 2009, Graziano returned to his home where he continued to receive full-time care.

Unlike his famous father, Nick Hogan has done close to nothing in the world of professional wrestling. In 2009, the Wrestling Observer reported that Nick was training to become a pro wrestler at Rikishi's wrestling school. Despite this training, Nick would never become a wrestler and has zero matches to his name.
