Major League Wrestling (MLW) will soon undergo significant changes. The company is looking to fill various positions and we can confirm interviews are already underway with prospective hires.

One name batted around as a potential hire is QT Marshall, who recently announced that he's leaving AEW later this month after being with the company since its inception. He's eyed for a top post in Talent Relations. Aside from his role on-camera, Marshall wore a lot of hats behind the scenes in AEW. He's worked closely with talent and was instrumental in getting the company off the ground in 2019. He'd be a big hire for MLW, when Marshall is free to work elsewhere.

Whatever issues behind the scenes have precipitated these coming changes, it's encouraging to see the company taking steps to get their house in order.

Former MLW World Champion Alex Hammers recently called out the promotion he's called home, citing poor communication from the front office. He'd later make a surprise return as part of the WTF faction of muscled and bronzed 'Sports Entertainers.'

There are two MLW events coming up over the next several weeks.

This Thursday, MLW One Shot 2023 takes place from Queens, NY at the Melrose Ballroom. The main event will see Matt Cardona challenge Alex Kane for the MLW Heavyweight championship. The card will also feature talent from CMLL, as well as the Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling Princess of Princess Championship on the line.

Next month, MLW Kings of Colosseum 2023 comes to Philadelphia's historic 2300 Arena.

Outside of the ring, MLW remains locked in a legal battle with WWE. MLW's anti-trust lawsuit against WWE alleges that the latter has an unlawful monopoly on the wrestling industry and used connections to pressure a broadcast partner to back out of a deal with MLW. Earlier this year, WWE's efforts to have the case dismissed were rejected.
