There was a lot of happiness about last night's TNA Impact taping in Orlando from those I spoke to within the company. A number of people were praising the James Storm vs. Chris Harris match that will air next week. Scheduled for Thursday's edition will be AJ Styles vs. an opponent named during the episode in a King of the Mountain Qualifier, Christopher Daniels vs. Rhino, TNA X-Division champion Chris Sabin vs. Kaz, plus appearances by LAX, Sting, Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, Christian Cage, and Jim Cornette.

TNA Producer Dave Sahadi wrote about the passing of Jill Jarrett on the TNA website today, which you can read at this link. Although Jill never appeared on camera for TNA, it's extremely important to note she was involved in the early days of the promotion, including overseeing the painting of the TNA Nashville Fairgrounds and helping turn that tiny venue into the TNA Asylum during TNA's Wednesday PPV era where it seemed like the Jarrett family's dream could collapse and fall apart at any given moment.

Ron Killings, who was at last night's TNA taping, isn't expected to return to the ring until late summer from his knee surgery. Killings made an appearance before the crowd, cutting a promo, which I am guessing will pop up on the TNA Today internet show.

Series 8 of the TNA action figures, which can be pre-ordered from our friends at www.ringsidecollectibles.com will feature Kurt Angle, Senshi, Chase Stevens, Eric Young, and James Mitchell. There will be variant versions of Stevens, Young, and Senshi as well.

TNA has released new T-shirts for Christopher Daniels and Samoa Joe at www.ShopTNA.com.
