Why do most wrestlers today lack charisma?

I think that too much nowdays in the WWE is scripted and for some wrestlers they are better when they can adlib. For instance when Steve Austin became Stone Cold no one had any idea what he was going to do. In fact I don't think he even knew what he was going to do before he did it.

Also wrestlers were able to be multi-dimensional back then and do unique things and finish matches other than the usual now it is just rehashing the same wrestling matches over and over. Too much mic work and promos are forced and the main eventers sound generic.

Charisma is something that a person just has naturally it's not something that u can teach or make your self do. I think it's a fact u ether have it or u don't have it.
