Anna Nicole Smith has sparked speculation she is pregnant after refusing to deny rumors of her pending motherhood. The former Playboy Playmate remains coy about the claims she is expecting her second child. Her publicist Howard K. Stern says, "If Anna Nicole is pregnant she obviously doesn't want anybody to know yet. If she is not pregnant she's not denying the rumor because she thinks its funny how much of a stir it's causing. She'll leave it up to you to guess which one it is." Meanwhile, Smith is celebrating after the Us Supreme Court last week awarded her the right to continue her legal battle in pursuit of her late oil tycoon husband's millions. The 38-year-old married billionaire J. Howard Marshall in 1994 when she was aged 26 and he 89. His 1996 death triggered a decade-long legal battle between Smith and her stepson E. Pierce Marshall. Smith gave birth to her first child, Daniel, in 1986.
