AAA is still holding out hope that Hulk Hogan agrees to work the 7/15 TripleMania show in Naucalpan. The group announced the main event as La Parka, Latin Lover, Zorro, and a mystery man vs. Paul Wight (The Big Show), Sabu, Head Hunter A and Ron Killings, with Amy "Lita" Dumas coming in to manage the heels.

- Despite being turned down by Hogan previously, AAA is hoping Hogan comes in to fill out the main event.

- Despite being announced, Sabu has not officially agreed to work the show as his 90-day WWE no compete clause has yet to expire. As previously reported, Wight has told promoters he has no interest in wrestling at this time, and has also yet to confirm the date.

- The semi-main event has the Hell Brothers (Cibernetico, Chessman, and Charley Manson) vs. Mesias, Sean Waltman (with Konnan and Alicia Webb) and Kenzo Suzuki in a doomed cage of death match.

- Also booked for the show, Juventud Guerrera vs. his father Fuerza Guerrera in a bull terrier (dog collar) match.
