Shock discovery for one diner
A diner at a US restaurant got more than they bargained for when their burger arrived - part of a human finger.

The piece of finger came from a kitchen manager who had cut himself at the TGI Friday's eatery in Bloomington, Indiana.

When his colleagues rushed to help him, no one noticed he had lost part of the digit - and it ended up being served together with the hamburger.

Company spokeswoman Amy Freshwater said the firm was "very, very sorry".

Another staff member served the plate to the customer, who immediately spotted the piece of finger, she said.

She added: "The manager didn't even know it happened until he got to the hospital.

"We absolutely acknowledge the seriousness of this incident, and we are very, very sorry that this occurred."

The diner initially called police but was told it was not a criminal matter.

The injured manager was treated in hospital and he lost only a small piece of his finger, Ms Freshwater said.

They ordered their hamburger without fingers? lol kidding. I'd be disgusted finding it yet scared at the same time, thinking that the chef murdered someone and theirs his finger lol.
