- Booker was given the word a week ahead of time that he was being moved to Raw. While it wasn't a bad move for him considering that he had worked with practically everyone on SmackDown in his three year stint there, he was firmly against the move. Booker has his reasons.

Raw has a lot of politics behind-the-scenes, a sharp contrast to Smackdown because things are much more laid back there. Raw also has Triple H's influence. During his first Raw stint from 2002-2004, he hardly ever made it past mid-card status, but when he moved to SmackDown, he was usually near the top, often in a featured program, and he even got a title run.

So this, combined with his contract running out, at least from WWE's standpoint, they believe that's why he made the play for TNA star Christian Cage appearing on his radio show, not to mention doing a PWA vs. TNA feud in his local promotion. WWE's feeling is that he was trying to send a message to them that he could very well go to TNA and run his own thing in Texas. With all that being said, things have since smoothed over and everything appears to be 100% fine today.

I really don't think Booker would go to TNA.

Booker is at a point in his career where politics shouldn't be dictating as much of him as it is. What a shame.
