The FOX affiliate in Atlanta, Georgia reported last night that investigators are becoming increasingly frustrated by Internet and conspiracy theories of the Benoit tragedy. Investigators told FOX that there is "no truth" to a story circulating that Nancy Benoit had left a note in a safe deposit box stating that if something had happened to her, Chris was responsible. The report noted that there was indeed a safe deposit box, which consisted of "nothing but typical documents, and contained no personal writings of Nancy Benoit at all." The report noted that the safety deposit box report was, "the kind of internet report is typical of what they call conspiracy theories that have been phoned into the Sheriff's office from as far away as California since the bodies were discovered." The article can be found here (http://www.myfoxatlanta.com/myfox/pages/News/Detail?contentId=3690835&version=2&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=TSTY&pageId=3.2.1).

Booked for Larry King Live on Monday on CNN are Bret Hart, Chris Jericho, Marc Mero and Ted DiBiase. The entire hour will be devoted to the Benoit case and the pro wrestling industry.

The FOX News Channel, which has picked up the story of Sherri Martel's passing as a by-product of the Benoit family tragedy, featured an update late last night on Alabama authorities' investigation into her passing with Alabama's WBRC Sports Director Rick Karle.

Karla reported that investigators want to question Martel's husband to discuss the timeline of Martel's passing. Her husband had contended that Martel died in the living room of the home, while other family members are contending that Martel's body was moved into the house after she passed away on her mother's front porch.

Karle pointed out that the story has nothing to do with the Benoit family tragedy, even stating that Martel's family are upset about it being linked to the Benoit story (thank you, Geraldo Rivera) but are even more angry that they are being told it may take upwards of a year for results on Martel's toxicology while Benoit's tox report is expected back far, far sooner.
