To update on the email that Kev Perry sent in regarding Umaga holding the TNA Tag-Team title belt. On the June 19th PWA Tag Team Explosion show which featured Team 3-D (who were the Tag-Team champions then) vs. King Booker and Dawg Chetum, Umaga made an appearance and cleared the ring. The chances are that Umaga then picked up Team 3D’s belt and photos with him holding it were taken. [Thanks to Fisha and everyone else for the update!]
I guess this clears it, the situation was kind of odd and led to several rumours on the internets.
