Lindsay Lohan has been arrested.
The incident took place in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Police spokeswoman Calisse Lindsey explained they responded to a call that a car was chasing another vehicle around a parking lot in Santa Monica, California.
Upon arriving at the scene, police discovered Lindsay driving the chasing car and issued a breath test.
Lindsay failed, and was taken down to the station. Officers then found a substance they believed to be cocaine on Lindsay's possession.
The actress left rehab two weeks ago and had been fitted with an ankle bracelet to detect any alcohol in her system.
Lindsay has been bailed, but will return to face charges on 24th August.
