Mido's proposed switch to Birmingham City from Tottenham is on the verge of collapsing due to certain clauses in his contract.
The Spurs striker has been in talks with Blues after a £6million deal was agreed between the clubs last week.
However, Mido is unhappy with certain aspects of his contract and claims he will not move until Birmingham change their stance.
The Egyptian international has also confirmed compatriot Hossam Ghaly's St Andrews' transfer is also a doubt for the same reasons.
"I sat down with Birmingham to discuss the new contract," Mido told FilGoal.com. "I totally rejected some clauses which were included.
"Ghaly's situation is just like me, his negotiations with the club have stalled for the same reasons. I don't know what will happen next.
"I won't go to Birmingham unless these clauses are changed, otherwise I will return to Tottenham and wait for another offer or remain at Spurs."
