Main Event - Flaming Ropes

Ian Rotten vs. Freak Show

This war isn't even close to ending ladies and gentlemen but this match
could end the war real quick if one man doesn't survive. Ian Rotten has
promised to send Freak Show to hell in this match and after sitting on
the sidelines for three months and watching IWA Deep South attempt to
hang his adopted daughter Mickie Knuckles and steal the IWA Mid-South
Death Match title, he is ready to take this war to the extreme. Ian and
Freak Show traded victories in Joliet and Sellersburg and Ian showed
that the three months off may have made him stronger more than anything
else. Will either man be able to survive this hellacious inferno or will
this lead to one clear cut victor in this fight for revenge and
supremecy?

High Impact Tables

Mad Man Pondo & Too Tuff Tony vs. Insane Lane & Tank

Pondo & Tony proved that they are the baddest tag team in IWA by winning
the Double Death tag team death match tournament back in November and
have proved their dominance in IWA East Coast, IWA Mid-South and in Big
Japan. They defeated Lane and Tank in Sellersburg back on July 22 but
Lane and Tank attacked afterwards. Tony & Pondo issued this challenge
and threatened to set tables on fire and jump off the roof of the
bowling alley or off the school bus in the parking lot in order to show
IWA Deep South that they just aren't quite ready for prime time just
yet!

Just added:

Roderick Strong vs. Cash Flo - Battle of two of the biggest choppers in
the business. The fans requested it and we are going to give it to you.

Davey Richards vs. B.J. Whitmer - These two had the falling out at
Candido Cup and Davey demanded a match at TPI...well he'll get that
match earlier.

Corporal Robinson vs. Necro Butcher - winner gets IWA Death Match Title
Shot on September 9th in Sellersburg - Necro and Corporal had a falling
out in Midlothian and now they will settle their differences for the
right to a title shot.

Nova Scotia Tour Largest In North America

MSW ANNOUNCES 16-DAY WRESTLING TOUR
Seaside Slam Largest Indy Tour In North America

MainStream Wrestling Entertainment, Eastern Canada’s number-one pro
wrestling circuit, is set to make history once again. The Seaside
Slam Tour ‘07 of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland is scheduled to stop
in 16 cities, making it the biggest tour in North America.

“Especially in terms of total land area covered, there’s no other
company in North America other than WWE, that goes on a tour like
this,” says Devin Chittick, promoter of MSW. “So many independent
outfits have folded up in the past year, especially in Canada, so
MainStream is the only place for wrestlers to find this much work at
one time without going overseas” he says, which would explain the
popularity in the industry surrounding the annual tours. WWE legend
Honky Tonk Man, who wrestles on Indy cards all over the world, makes
it known everywhere he travels that the MainStream Wrestling trips
are the largest independent tours put together today, both in terms
of crowd attendance and number of consecutive work days on a single
tour.

The Seaside Slam Tour marks the fifth road trip that includes the
two Atlantic Provinces. The wrestlers will visit six towns in Nova
Scotia and ten in Newfoundland - two of which will experience the
live show for the first time. With an exciting blend of new faces
and regular talent, fans will be treated to another spectacular
nightly line-up.

An astounding Double Main Event headlines Seaside Slam! In one
encounter, it will be a “Battle of The Giants” for the MSW
Championship as Boston’s 7-foot tall monster Grimez defends the belt
against “Kowboy” Mike Hughes, a 6-foot, 5-inch, 266-pound
mountainous challenger from PEI. Hughes is a current co-holder of
Tag Team gold in Korea whose skill coupled with international
experience makes him a very dangerous candidate to Grimez’s
Championship. This tremendous “Clash of Titans” will be the most
anticipated Title match in years. Grimez and Hughes standing
face-to-face will be an incredible sight to witness in itself, let
alone the colossal battle that will inevitably follow.

The Main Event will be an exciting WWE-style “Money In The Bank”
Ladder Match! No less than five wrestlers will put their bodies on
the line each night to compete for the number-one contendership to
the MSW Title. A metal briefcase will hang from the arena rafters
while dangerous and dramatic maneuvers are performed below. The
element of high-risk tactics is what makes the Ladder Match
world-famous. History will be made when MainStream Wrestling
Entertainment stars go for the “Money In The Bank”! In order to
enter this battleground, however, wrestlers must gain victory in
qualifying matches earlier in the evening. Aside from regular stars
like Scott Savage, “X-Ray”, and former NWA-TNA star Jason Rumble,
new faces vying for the opportunity include:

Harv Sihra. Hailing from British Columbia, the self-professed
“Bollywood Don” brings some great athletic credentials with him to
the fray as a 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a sport for
which he has been highly decorated. He has also excelled in one of
Canada’s greatest pastimes and was awarded Most Valuable player
honors four times in a seven-year minor hockey career. Sure to cause
a stir in MSW, Sihra is multi-lingual, and speaks both fluent
English and Punjabi – a skill that has seldom failed to draw the ire
of wrestling fans that speak either language. Among those to take
note of Sihra’s commanding ring presence includes former NWA, AWA,
and ECW World Titleholder, Steve Corino. Corino witnessed Harv in
action during appearances in Ontario and soon recognized that while
out-sized by many opponents, the young Sikh wrestler is hard-pressed
to be out-classed.

Alex North. With 230 pounds of chiseled muscle, this native of
Quebec’s PWA promotion is ready to bring some raw adrenaline to the
16 towns in which he will perform. With a resume that also includes
working for Afa The Wild Samoan’s World Xtreme Wrestling, North is
excited about his MainStream debut and anticipates turning some
heads during Seaside Slam.

Here is the schedule for Seaside Slam Tour ’07:

Saturday, August 25 – Digby Arena, Digby, NS

Pro Wrestling Syndicate press release

Pro Wrestling Syndicate presents Blitzkrieg on Friday night September 7 at The Garfield Boys & Girls Club on 490 Midland Ave in Garfield, NJ (30 minutes from NYC). Doors at 7pm. Belltime is 7:30pm.

Already Announced

Eddie Kingston/Samoa Joe vs Commissioner Necro Butcher/Chris Hero - No DQ, Falls Count Anywhere

Sabu vs Trent Acid

"Black Machismo" Jay Lethal vs "The Genius" Lanny Poffo

Justin Credible vs Reckless Youth - Best Of 3 Falls

Steve Monsta Mack vs Abyss

The Zombie vs Crowbar

Plus more including Talia Madison, Danny Demanto, Paul E Normus, and more!

The main event of the evening will be a No Disqualification Falls Count Anywhere Tag Team Bout pitting "The King Of Diamonds" Eddie Kingston and his partner current TNA X Division + TNA Tag Team Champion Samoa Joe against The ILLUMINATI faction of "The Savior Of Professional Wrestling" Chris Hero and the Pro Wrestling Syndicate Commissioner, Necro Butcher. At PWS' debut event, one of the two scheduled main events was Samoa Joe vs Chris Hero, however Eddie Kingston revealed that "due to car problems" Hero would not be able to attend the event. As a result, Eddie Kingston issued an open challenge which was accepted by Samoa Joe. When the PW Syndicate Commissioner (who at this point still maintained an unknown identity) also was not in attendance as scheduled, fans began to suspect a conspiracy in the works. Suspicions were confirmed less then 24 hours later when Chris Hero and Commissioner Necro Butcher revealed that they had formed an alliance and purposely set up their rivals Kingston and Joe to take each other out at PWS' Revelation debut event on June 24th. Seeking revenge, Kingston challenged The ILLUMINATI to a tag team match and was granted permission to pick a partner of his choosing. However when the "King Of Diamonds" pulled an ace out of his sleeve by selecting two time former ECW Heavyweight Champion Sabu, a mysterious poll was posted on the PW Syndicate's Myspace page asking fans to vote between Sabu and Samoa Joe as Kingston's partner less then a week later. This poll resulted in Joe winning in a landslide with over 3,500 votes. Could PWS fans have wanted Joe as Kingston's partner or was this further work of the devious hardcore Commissioner? Will Kingston and Joe who beat the hell out of each other at Pro Wrestling Syndicate's debut event be able to get along as a tandem or will their forced union create further complications...and if they do, will Kingston have aces up his sleeve to have his back? A lot of questions surround this match, but without a doubt this one will be a hardcore classic and there must be a winner by pinfall or submission anywhere in the building.

Also on the card will be a singles matchup between "The International Superstar" Trent Acid and the "Suicidal, Homicidal, Genocidal, Death-Defying" Sabu. Acid, who is arguably in the prime of his career, is coming off a huge victory over TNA star Alex Shelley and former Wrestling Society X standout The Human Tornado in a Triple Threat Match at Revelation. Will Acid's hot streak keep up or will the maniacal Sabu, a man who time and time again has proven he knows no limitations be too much for Acid to tame? This one is bound to get insane as both of these men have an arsenal of high flying moves and amazing hardcore brawling skills, and are both known to put their bodies on the line to gain a victory.

In a match that can only be described as "The Battle Of The Brothers From Another Mother"; former TNA X Division Champion "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal will square off against wrestling legend and real life brother of Macho Man Randy Savage, the one and only "Genius" Lanny Poffo!

Blitzkrieg will also feature a rematch from Revelation between former ECW Champion+8 time WWE Hardcore Champion Justin Credible and "The King Of The Indies" Reckless Youth... only this time it's under Best Of 3 Falls rules as a result of a controversial three count in their first match up.

Former TNA Heavyweight Champion "The Monster" Abyss goes one on one for the first time ever with tri state area phenom Steve "Monsta" Mack! These two bulls collided as part of a 4 Way No DQ Elimination Match at Revelation, however neither of these men eliminated the other. Now placed in a one on one situation with no weapons, which monster...eh..monsta..eh.... will prevail?

PLUS JUST ANNOUNCED:

The ECW Zombie collides with another fiendish lunatic in the form of former WCW Hardcore, Cruiserweight, and Tag Team Champion Crowbar!

All of this plus more including The "Cold Hearted Playa" Danny Demanto, the lovely Talia Madison, the barbaric Paul E Normus, and more! Also fans just to be clear, wrestling superstar Vampiro who was originally confirmed for this event is no longer able to make it due to his commitments with AAA Wrestling in Mexico. Vampiro will however be on a Pro Wrestling Syndicate event in the near future.

Friday night September 7 @ The Boys & Girls Club on 490 Midland Ave in Garfield, New Jersey.
Doors open at 7pm with a special autograph signing with several superstars taking place until the 7:30 belltime!
