:shifty: This shit fuckin sucks. Random piss tests, 40 hrs community service, being told who I cant hang out with. And not to mention having an actual curfew. Please kids stay away from trouble so you don't end up with probation, I wouldnt wish it on anyone.

I was lucky, last time I got into trouble I was young enough to get juvenile probation which is really just a walk in the park.

lolz, never had probation, and I have done tons of illegal and stupid stuff, lolz, I cud start my own Jackass movie hehe... but from what I have heard and seen, probation does suck, it takes away our freedom and liberty to do what we want..

Well you do something bad and its like a legal grounded. When I was arrested for assault, I had to meat with my PO weekly, attend anger management courses, my parents had to sign something saying they are holding all weapons I owned until probation was up(Martial arts equipmentand my ren stuff), I had to maintain a job. Luckily this was juvenile probabtion which is less severe. Another time when I was arrested for mischeivious conduct I wasnt allowed to use a phone, computer, check in, and was only allowed to leave the house under parental supervision. Oh and WTF did you do to get on probation?

I'm on juvenile probation for 6 months for simple assault. Got my aggrivated assault dropped. :)

Sure, probation sucks, but it's a punishment. It's supposed to suck. Seeing as how you actually did something wrong to deserve it, you won't be getting any sympathy from me...

I am mad now cause they didnt make you take anger management courses. Which just annoyed me and made me want to hit the teacher, which just starts the cycle all over again. But they had good snacks.

For kids, I would say it's too harsh... For adults, it sounds like a good punishment to teach them a lesson...
