I have added an image resizer so the page does not distorted from very large images. This will not help in the load time as the images still need to be loaded but they will be easier to see.

We do not encourage large images on any part of the forum, especially ones wider than 500 px but with this, if a member finds it absolutely necessary to post them, they will sized down to a good size.

This will also work with images in sigs, if your image is over 500 in width or 500 in height, it will be sized down. It is still not allowed to have images over this size in sigs but this will make it easier for staff to fins them and also make you follow the rules.

We hope you find this as convenient as we do.

As seen below, all you have to do is click on the top bar above the image and another convenient factor is that since the image has already loaded in full size in your cache, when you click the bar, the image will open very quickly in a new window by itself.

Useful feature that keeps forum tidy, and will be a good add-on for UOW.
