MAKING A COMEBACK: Owen Wilson has been photographed after leaving hospital following a reported suicide attempt.
New photos of comedy actor Owen Wilson have been published after he left hospital and returned home following a reported suicide attempt.
Britains' The Daily Mail has published the photos Click Here (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/showbiz/showbiznews.html?in_article_id=479567&in_page_id=1773) under the headline "Gaunt Owen Wilson returns home under 24 hour watch".
The photos show Wilson stepping out of a car looking thin, dishevelled and with "bruising" under his eyes.
A source told The Daily Mail: "Owen is in bad mental shape but he has said he is thankful to be alive. He knows he came close to ending his own life, and he is happy that he was saved from himself.
It was reported that Wilson's brother Andrew found him with cut wrists and an empty pill box by his bed just over a week ago.
Reports suggest he was devastated over photos showing his ex-girlfriend Kate Hudson with a new partner - Punk'D's Dax Shepherd.
Wilson is currently under 24 hour care in his home in Santa Monica, California.
