After Bethesda said they wanted it to happen, Microsoft have granted a retail release date for the smash RPG Elder Scrolls Oblivion's expansion pack The Shivering Isles. It will hit shops in October and also contain The Knights Of The Nine downloadable content on the disc. So people who dont have Xbox Live will now have the chance to get their hands on it.
