12/29/2005 - - The 12/23 edition of Smackdown finished with a 2.1 rating.

- Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and offensive tackle Max Starks were both backstage at the WWE house show in Pittsburgh last night. WWE.com has posted photos.

- In a radio interview Ken Kennedy talked about returning to Smackdown in a non-wrestling role as he rehabs following surgery. He hinted on furthering a feud with announcer Tony Chimmel.

- WWE Stocks closed the day at 14.67, a 0.34% decrease over the previous closing. The day's range was 14.58 - 14.81.

It'd be good to see Ken Kennedy back on Smackdown, whilst he recovers from his surgery, and have a show much like Edge has had one for the past few weeks on Raw, to give his character something to do, whilst Adam 'Edge' Copeland recovered from injury. If not a show like 'The Cutting Edge' then most definately a fued with Tony Chimmel would be another good choice to make for the WWE Creative Team

About time to, Kennedy is the future of Smackdown he should be there, and a fued with chimmel would be awesome, I'd like to see how this unfolds
