Matthew Grice vs. Jason Black
Round 1: Grice came out aggressive and threw Black to the canvas. Black then went from a Kimura from his back, but Grice was able to clear his opponent's guard to escape the hold. Near the end of the round, Black again went for a Kimura from the bottom, and had it deep with a closed-guard as times expired.
Round 2: Excellent action in the second stanza. Grice came out and busted Black with a left hand that sent him crashing to the canvas. Grice pounced and blasted away with strikes from the top, nearly finishing the fight. Black then rolled Grice over and slapped on a triangle-choke from the top position, and then returned the favor with vicious punches to the head of Grice. The referee easily could have stepped in but he let the round close with Black teeing off.
Round 3: Grice started the third with a decent punch that backed Black up. Grice then dropped levels for a takedown, but Black immediately jumped to guard with a guillotine choke. Grice escaped and controlled his opponent for the duration of the bout from the top. Black had nothing in the third. The judges see it 29-28 for Black, 29-28 for Grice, and 28-28. The bout is ruled a split draw.

Forrest Petz vs. Josh Burkman
Round 1:Burkman clinched to start the bout and tripped Petz to the floor. Petz then used the cage to work to his feet, but Burkman locked in a guillotine choke. Petz escaped after roughly a minute, and fell victim to another Burkman takedown. 10-9 for Josh Burkman.
Round 2: Burkman started strong again in the second, but it was Petz who took control. After shaking off a Burkman takedown attempt, Petz absolutely teed off for the rest of the frame with strikes from several angles. Digging shots to the body, sharp work to the head and the occasional knee from the clinch secures the round for Petz.
Round 3: Petz controlled most of the final round with punches from the outside before he was dropped with a left hook near the three minute mark. Burkman then went for a guillotine and finished the round strong with strikes from the top position. Two judges have it at 29-28 for Josh Burkman. Another saw it 29-28 for Petz.

Demian Maia vs. Ryan Jensen
Round 1:Maia quickly took the action to the canvas with a low single-leg takedown. Off a scramble, Maia took Jensen's back and secured both hooks. Jensen fought to avoid a choke for about 90 seconds, but Maia sunk his arm under Jensen's neck and forced a tapout at 2:40 with a rear-naked choke.

Jason MacDonald vs. Yushin Okami
Round 1:MacDonald tried early to take the fight to the floor, but Okami defended well and pawed away with a jab. With a minute left in the frame, Okami turned it up and scored with left hooks and a crisp combo.10-9 for Okami.
Round 2:Both fighters traded punches with nothing solid landing in the second round's opening minute. Okami defended the takedown and continued to strike lightly. Okami then tripped MacDonald to the mat, where he stood up in his opponent's guard and hammered away with heavy punches. MacDonald picked the ankle from below, but Okami recovered and retook the top. 10-9 for Okami.
Round 3:More of the same in the third. Okami controlled from beginning to end, and saw dominant positions in the third such as mount, side-control and back-mount. MacDonald defended well but offered nothing in terms of offense. All three judges see the bout 30-27 for Yushin Okami.

Alan Belcher vs. Kalib Starnes
Round 1: Belcher landed with a few punches and a knee to the head in the opening 20 seconds as Starnes looked for a takedown. Starnes is bleeding above his right eye, most likely caused by the knee. Starnes got busy with his hands and roughed Belcher up with a strong flurry. Belcher answered with an uppercut that sent Starnes backwards. Starnes is bleeding heavily. Good action in the first. 10-9 for Belcher.
Round 2: A good look in between rounds shows a three-inch gash above Starnes' right eye. Despite the wound, he boxed well early in the round. Referee Yves Lavigne stopped the bout to have the doctor check the cut. Starnes told the doctor he can fight, but the laceration is too severe and the bout is ended in Round 2.

Eric Schafer vs. Stephan Bonnar
Round 1: Schafer looked for a takedown early, but Bonnar had none of it. Schafer then pulled guard, where Bonnar landed a few punches from the top before Schafer got back to his feet. Bonnar was warned for gripping the fence, but Schafer still lifted him into the air and down to the canvas. Schafer then went to Bonnar's back, where he looked for a rear-naked choke. Bonnar fought the hold and cleared one of Schafer's hooks, which enabled him to turn over and out of danger. 10-9 for Schafer.
Round 2: Schafer again pulled guard to start the second. Bonnar fared much better with the position this time around, delivering punches to Schafer's head. Bonnar moved to side-control with Schafer pinned against the cage, where he landed with right hands until his opponent turned his back to avoid punishment. Referee John McCarthy stepped in to save Schafer at the 2:47 mark.

Alvin Robinson vs. Jorge Gurgel
Round 1:Both fighters came out swinging. Robinson pulled guard and Gurgel obliged. Gurgel moved to side-control, but he couldn't do anything with the position. From guard and then back to side, Gurgel looked briefly for a Kimura, but gave it up in search for the mount. Right before the horn sounded, Gurgel achieved the mount. 10-9 for Gurgel.
Round 2: Robinson started strong with a few punches before taking the fight to the ground with a well-executed single-leg. An excellent scramble ensues, where Gurgel looked for an armbar and an omaplata before taking the top position. Robinson scored with some left hands to the jaw from the bottom. Robinson then went for an omaplata, which he used to sweep. Gurgel, from the bottom, looked for an armbar but gave it up shortly after. After absorbing some punches, Gurgel started to bleed above his right eye. Robinson pours it on and takes mount as the horn sounds. Gurgel's face is busted up. 10-9 for Robinson.

Round 1: Sylvia, defending the clinch, squashed Vera against the fencing in the opening minute, which opened up the floodgates for boos. Vera slipped his way off the cage but went right back to the clinch. Vera cracks Sylvia with a left hand and kicks at the legs. Sylvia lands two knees to the midsection from the Thai clinch. 10-9 for Vera on the strength of the left hand.
Round 2: Vera landed a right hand to start the second round. Referee Yves Lavigne breaks up another clinch to restart the action. Sylvia then rushed right in to clinch with Vera against the cage. The crowd showered the Octagon with boos. After getting Sylvia off-balance, Vera was able to trip him to the canvas and directly into side-control. Knees to the body landed for Vera, but little else. Vera then hit Sylvia with a knee to the head as he was attempting to stand, which prompts the referee to warn Vera for the illegal shot to a downed fighter. Sylvia throws a body kick and is hit with a right hand as time expires. 10-9 for Vera.
Round 3: A tired Sylvia showed urgency to kickoff the final frame. He landed a right hand before going back to the clinch against the cage. Sylvia opened up and lands a few punches. Vera told him to bring it on but he didn't mount any offense. Sylvia continued to throw punches while Vera, now bleeding from the top of his head, settled for two leg kicks. Sylvia dominated the final minute with his boxing to take the third round, 10-9.The judges score the bout 29-27, 29-28 and 29-28, all for Tim Sylvia.

Round 1: Franklin landed a left hand to start the main event. Silva clinched with Franklin and kneed the body and left leg. Franklin defended the clinch well and tripped Silva to the canvas, but the champion worked to his feet without any damage. A crushing spinning back kick landed for Silva. With his back to the fence, Franklin ate several hard punches. Rich recovered and landed a punch but Anderson answers with a right hand that drops Fraklin to the mat. 10-9 for Silva.
