After Monday's Raw taping Vince McMahon sent out Big Dick Johnson (fat oily guy) to perform an unscripted birthday dance for Jim Ross. When Johnson poured champagne on JR, Ross legitimately punched him in the face. He obviously didn't get the joke.
In a recent article on WWE.com JR is mentioned as having his 63rd Birthday on Jan 3rd, but in truth he is 56. They have since removed any reference to his age. There is also the video of Big Dick Johnson giving Jim Ross the birthday dance:
