I've tried to get my information on my other account (DownWitTheClown, or DWTC) and I have yet to get any emails from UOW.
I've sent the request at least 10 times now and it's been a few days - still - I get nothing.
What's the deal here? I had to create a new account because of this, which sucks because I had access to everything with the other one. Can someone help me out, please?
